It's a great choice to stay here for discover london museum.
Room is good for solo traveller, staff is friendly and helpful.
Please note, you have to deposit 50 £ before check-in.
Staff service were just okay, but the breakfast was the most disappointing part. Simple, little choice and low quality.
I checked out at 9 AM. By 1 PM, I realized I'd left 4 boxes of instant camera film, a disposable camera, and a neck pillow in the TV cabinet drawer. I immediately called the hotel, who simply said they'd contact housekeeping to search. After calling again at 3 PM, they still said housekeeping had been contacted and told us to wait.
The next day, I contacted Trip.com customer service to mediate with the hotel. Trip.com reported that the hotel initially kept telling us to wait, then later claimed the items couldn't be found, despite me being absolutely certain they were in that drawer.
On the third day, Trip.com customer service tried again, but the hotel still denied finding anything. The rep even mentioned that the hotel staff didn't seem to be actively searching. In the end, Trip.com compensated me with points, which felt like an unsatisfactory conclusion.
Over these three days, countless emails only yielded empty, frustrating responses like 'we are very sorry' and 'we are still looking'. Calling Radisson headquarters was no different. I'm blacklisting this brand for good.

Service was mediocre and lacklustre, I watched my food, catching flies and getting cold on the counter for a good 5 minutes before it came to my table without a word of apology, took another few minutes to get the waiter back and another 5 before he actually remembered to bring the black pepper and cheese, he should have offered when he brought the plate!!
It was lunch time and it wasn't that busy.
The pasta, was over cooked, over priced and no where near as interesting as it sounded on the menu.
