Booked 1 night Executive room as we have an early flight next morning. Located next to Paddington station for Heathrow express. It is 10 mins walk on street level. Highly recommend for travellers requiring to go Airport in 15 mins.

Hello,
I am writing this review to honestly share our experience, especially to help families with young children.
If you are looking for a hotel suitable for children up to six years old, this is not a good option. The swimming pool is not child-friendly. It is 1.55 meters deep throughout and has no shallow area or seating ledges to rest. There is nowhere to sit and relax in the pool. I am 1.72 meters tall and still had to stand on my tiptoes while holding my five-year-old daughter the entire time. It was very uncomfortable and stressful instead of relaxing.
We also had repeated issues with the magnetic room key card. It kept stopping working, and we had to go to reception twice to fix it.
Additionally, we requested a comb because there was none in the room and we had forgotten ours. We were told it would be brought to us, but it never arrived before we checked out.
The restaurant dinner was also very disappointing. The food had no flavor or seasoning at all. I ordered a carbonara, and the pasta was extremely overcooked and completely bland. Considering the high price we paid, the quality was unacceptable.
We stayed only one night and decided to leave because the experience did not meet our expectations. I hope this review helps other families make an informed decision.

A wonderful hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff and nice rooms with an interesting layout. The terrace (located on the M floor) is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful sunset view at night. The pool (on the M floor) may not be very large, but having a large pool in a London hotel is quite rare, but it does have a sauna, steam room, and gym. The location is superb in the beautiful Paddington Central area, surrounded by trees, the magnificent Grand Union Canal, and Paddington Basin, with floating parks on the canal, and numerous restaurants on moored boats and on land (obviously).

I thought this hotel standard was... well, standard. It was eye-opening; I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Honestly, after checking in, I was truly amazed. Every interaction with the hotel staff was simply amazing. Everyone was polite, accommodating, and willing to help. The rooms are peaceful and quiet, and they're of a high standard, but that's not what I want to focus on—I want to tell everyone reading this that this is possibly one of the ten best hotels I've ever stayed in, thanks to the staff. Bravo.

We felt totally disappointed ,at the hotel on arrival we where told that there's no swimming pool ,which is the reason for booking this hotel.
It was a joint birthday my grandsons & Husbands, present from me ,and I booked us up for lion king!
I approached 2 members if your team at reception, and the response was you can have a refund.
I explained we are from Southampton.
And it was a surprise birthday present!
Then another member of your staff ,said here is a card for bar.
As a apology but my husband went to the bar & the card was taken off him!
Our room was small with no plug sockets by bed ,my grandson has ADHD which go him was devastating and he had to sit on the floor,to play his ipad...
This morning our breakfast arrived @9am everything was cold & we had no toast but lots of jams ,rice crispy with no milk.
The fruit was horrible slimey & tastaed decussting!
So thank you for ruining what should of been a memorable occasion for myself Husband & grandson.
Feeling disappointed is a understatement!!!!

The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. You could hear the train, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb sleep. Getting to the hotel from Paddington Station involves walking up a slope and crossing a road. However, going from the hotel to Paddington Station is downhill, which is easier. It's quite convenient for getting around. It's a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station, where you can catch the Elizabeth Line (outside the station), the Circle Line (inside the station), and other tube lines, as well as trains.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was very good and quite a varied choice. The location of the hotel was brilliant, within lovely green and quiet surroundings. Quite a few little outlets and eateries within walking distance. Would be more than happy to stay there again, and would definitely recommend. Also had a lovely swimming pool, sauna and gym as a bonus.

This hotel stay made us feel incredibly welcome. From the moment we checked in, the staff's attentiveness and warmth were exceptional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with even the bed's firmness being just right. Breakfast was a rich and varied spread, a true culinary delight. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to visit again!

Zizzi is the best of the London pasta/pizza chains. It's not even close. The prices are close to Bella Italia, carluccios, or pizza express but the quality is unbelievably better.
I recommend the rustic pizzas absolutely delicious. The also have gluten free, vegan, etc special diet menus.
The particular location is large with a small terrace. Large windows to look at little Venice. The host and server were great.

A good functional British pub. Nothing exceptional but nothing bad. It has the huge advantage of being located right next to the little Venice basin. Very picturesque.

Nice little pub below a local theatre near Little Venice. Good range of beers, good food at a reasonable price. Worth booking if you want to eat.

Found this as an option for meeting up with people from a load of places because it's convenient for Paddington station and a bit different from all the chain options. Had a couple of nice bottles of wine and some great food
