We recently hosted our Galentines tea party here, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish.
The service was absolutely fantastic- the whole team were patient, friendly, attentive, and so accommodating to our needs throughout the afternoon. They made everything feel seamless and luxurious.
The food and tea were delicious, and my guests truly adored the entire experience. We especially loved the rooibos tea it was a standout favourite at our table.
This was my second time hosting a tea party here. Thank you for helping us create such a special afternoon.

Staff of the hotel were warm and friendly. Location is a very short walk to Ealing Common tube station.
My issue with the hotel is the location of the accessble rooms, they are at the end of a not very wide corridor and furthest from the lift

We organised a ladies‑only event at the Springfield room yesterday. During the booking process we were looked after in every possible way, with excellent support from the booking team. In particular, Silvia, she had organised every detail meticulously and followed up proactively, delivering an exceptional experience. On the day, the reception staff and the duty reservation Manager, Roshan, was supportive and helpful throughout.

My wife and I just spent 12 days (11 nights) at this location. We have vacationed in London every year since 2023. Always in February. We want to share our gratitude to the entire staff. First of all, Kwai has become a true friend. Always professional and very knowledgeable. We can't say enough about him. Also Nora and Syuzanna in the breakfast area. They are always very welcoming and kind. Other notable staff are Hawa, Lucia, Isaac, Mahesh, Sergio and Matyas. Thanks to everyone for all you do.
I need to add your desk clerk Gifty to my review. She is an asset to your team. She told me she is fairly new. I watched her handle guest after guest by herself with great care. I never would have guessed she had only been working there for such a short time. She has a great sense of humor and had me laughing quite a bit.

Small but cosy rooms with high-quality sheets and towels. The staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good. The cookies at reception are excellent. Do note that laundry charges incur an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed prices. Also, if it’s raining, be prepared to navigate a few puddles on the short walk to Ealing Broadway.

Although authentic, I feel that the quality has diminished over the years. The izakaya style foods in particular were average whereas the sushi was much better.

New - Service today for lunch appalling. Ordered four lunches. Three arrived, the other meal (sushi) for our guest was missing in action. I chased, then after watching them take sushi to other tables for 10m when they should have been prioritising the missing dish it eventually arrived. But it was the wrong dish. Only then did any staff apologise for errors. Pic is of oyaku don. Old review - 5 stars, great food and service. Try the salted mackerel (saba). Clearly popular so worth booking at weekends.

Best Japanese restaurant in London - better than all the premium eateries in Central London, this is by far the most honest and authentic you will get. Sushi rolls, sashimi, tori teriyaki that melts in the mouth, highly recommend a visit here. Service is wonderful, the staff are impeccably friendly and honest.

The old establishment continues to stay very strong. Truly authentic Japanese cuisine, attentive and friendly staff. Make sure you book in advance, especially if you come around 8 pm, it's very popular among the local
