Smallest room I ever stayed in . Make sure you remember your route to the room or you will get lost . Beautiful lounge and entrance, but rooms are forgotten

Absolutely another great stay ,had to book for three nights due to train restrictions, but we had a lovely stay ,we requested a twin which we got ,we were allowed to check in 30 minutes early,we were asked what position we wanted for our room, but we were not bothered,we had a large room ,two large windows, one privacy glass ,one not ,view looked into other walls and rooms ,but that didn’t matter to us ,it was immaculate, clean ,large ,table and two chairs ( room 331) it was very quiet,as we checked in we were given two complimentary drinks,me and my daughter each had a glass of fizz each ,iv later learnt the lovely guy is called Vivian ,whom he also checked us in last year and gave us a great twin room again (369) that one looks onto a park ,all staff are so polite and attentive, breakfast is as always lovely, there was a lovely lady working with Vivian whom also remembered us from previous trip ,she’s just as lovely, they all are ,this is our go to hotel now ,we even walked to London zoo from the hotel and only took us 35 minutes and was a lovely walk ,see you all soon

Clean and front desk was very welcoming and friendly! Offered us complimentary breakfast for 2 when they heard we are on our honeymoon 💜 room is facing the city and the road below can be quite noisy with the sirens and traffic

Lovely hotel, the staff were friendly.
Steak and lobster in hotel which was a bonus.
Room was adequate, tv not working correctly and heating controls were playing up.
But nothing to annoy staff with

Very friendly staff, perfect location for the tubes and around the city. Unfortunately, it was very noisy when we went to bed. Lots of noise outside so took us a while to get to sleep but comfy beds.

The hotel's location near UCL is fantastic; you can easily walk to the British Museum, the National Gallery, King's Cross Station, Regent's Park, and more. There's a Tesco and Boots downstairs, which is really convenient for shopping. Public transport, including the subway and double-decker buses, is also readily accessible nearby. You need a key card to access the floors, which adds to the security, but the rooms are a bit on the small side, and the shower doesn't have a handheld nozzle. The facilities aren't particularly new either.

It's very small, suitable for one person only. I didn't expect the facilities to be very complete, with everything. It's also very convenient for eating and shopping around.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The breakfast spread was excellent, with the option to create your own yogurt bowls – the Greek yogurt, in particular, was delicious. The metro station is only a 2-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The main park is also just a ten-minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket right across the street add to the convenience.

Staff during lunch time speak very poor English especially the young woman server. Makes ordering very awkward, they couldn't understand that I wanted to use my subcard points for my order.

Very bad service. The didnt know how to use the system and refused my free birthday cookie. Literally said “we don’t know how to use the new system” and refused it. Unacceptable

A subway is an American term for the underground or an English alternative term for a pedestrian only underpass invariably covered in graffiti and smelling of stale urine.
To name a shop that sells sandwiches and rolls with dubiously named artery clogging fillings a "subway" with drab and off putting decor and odour is (perhaps) not an unintentional mistake.

They were out of some things and took a long time to restock, but the service was otherwise good and everything tasted fine.

Emran gave us great customer service. Definitely the best subway service we have ever received, 10/10

Good sushi boxes. Doesn't beat freshly prepared but it is still nice for lunch. Pricey though.

nice itsu branch but why don't they have some cooked food? All they have is ramen with boiled water on top ?

Had never eaten here before, was really unsure of what to order and the fabulous Julia spent some time with us and went through what we could have, and we went for Chicken Teriyaki and veg gyoza to share and try between us. We loved it! Thank you Julia for introducing us to a new place to eat and enjoy! Fabulous flavours! ??

This was the first time I visited Itsu, it was OK The food was good and it had a good selection to choose from. Would certainly recommend a visit.
