Luna Simone Hotel in London

Much smaller than I anticipated. Room was very hot. Ceiling fan helped. Bathroom was extremely clean. Not sure what was going on with the bedding. I seemed to itch at night. Overall the hotel was okay and a convenient location. Don’t think I would stay again.

Noise from other rooms, and facilities, beddings, and towels could be better. Customer service is excellent

This is purely a family hotel, not a genuine hotel. The service attitude is very good. What I am dissatisfied with is that the room is too small. There are two small single beds in the 9-square-meter room, as well as a small table and a wardrobe. Every time I go in and out, my legs will touch the foot of the bed. The washroom and toilet are two square meters in total, and the shower room is one square meter, which means the entire room does not exceed 12 square meters. There are no toiletries, no toilet paper, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The photo below is a reminder on the bathroom door: Please open the bathroom door after use. Just outside the bathroom is the bedroom😧. As for carrying the suitcase up to the third floor, let’s not mention it. This is the fourth hotel I have stayed in this time in the UK, and the one I am least satisfied with. Such a small room is more like a hotel in Hong Kong or Japan, but nearly 3,800 oceans for two nights is really not worth it, right? ! It can definitely be regarded as a trap, and I can only say that the price/performance ratio is extremely low, so I definitely don’t recommend it. In addition, the entire apartment building is full of such family hotels, so please be careful if you need to book a hotel.

Breakfast ends at 9. It's ridiculous that check out time is 10. That's why I don't recommend .
