Great location, close to the London Eye and Big Ben. There's also a small supermarket and a good Korean restaurant nearby. The hotel is generally clean and tidy, though the hallways are a bit narrow. Everything else is pretty good, and toothbrushes are provided too.

All their rooms are basically the same, very good design well thought out with the user at the heart. I would genuinely happily live in an apartment of a similiar size as the design is so clever. Really easy temperature and fan control too which can be a nightmare at other hotels. 1) didnt know how to drain the sink completely of water 2) the gym is meh but the view makes up for it! Mostly cardio-oriented like most hotel gyms but is above average for a typical hotel gym i would say. Would stay here for business again as the location is great.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, though a bit far from the nearest tube station. The rooms are small but clean, tidy, and well-equipped. There's an underground parking garage available for £40 per day. Breakfast is a standard English breakfast.

The room was new, bright, and comfortable. The view from the window was also beautiful. I forgot to bring a charging adapter, but luckily the hotel had a vending machine where I could buy a charging cable, so I could charge my phone. That was a relief. The area around the hotel is also lovely for a walk.

The location is excellent, very quiet and safe, but transportation isn't very convenient. It's quite far from the train station, with only a bus stop nearby. There's a pier, Milebank, about a 5-minute walk away, but the RB6 service is infrequent and ends early. There's a Sainsbury's also within a 5-minute walk.

The room is a bit small but not cramped, and the design is nice; you could even call it a suite. It has a modern feel.

However, the amenities are truly lacking. For a price over 2,000, there are no slippers or toothbrushes. Many of the front desk staff are Indian, and the service feels very stingy. On the positive side, the hygiene is good, it's very clean, and business seems to be doing well. The rooftop gym is unique; although small, it offers great views.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to attractions like Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. The front desk staff were very warm and provided great service. The breakfast was a typical English breakfast, and I especially enjoyed the pancakes, omelets, and oatmeal with milk 😇. There's a water dispenser in the hotel hallway, which is convenient for getting water, and a supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can buy daily necessities and bottled water. The surrounding area is quiet. I had a wonderful 8 days in London; it's a very chill city, and I loved doing city walks here.

The hotel's overall decor was really nice, but the room was still so small! London's prices are just incredibly high – it's a city where every square inch costs a fortune. There was absolutely no value for money. Including breakfast and parking, it set us back 5000 a night. I even forgot to take pictures of the room.

The hotel's location is excellent; the area is very quiet and clearly a very pleasant neighborhood. Bus route 88 is right next to it, making it very convenient to get to attractions around the River Thames. It's also only about a ten-minute walk to the Uber Boat pier. Hotels in London are expensive, and the rooms here were quite small, making it difficult to open large suitcases. Breakfast was mediocre; we stayed for four days, and there was no variety at all. There's no bottled water provided, but they offer a glass bottle to refill at water stations located on each floor. Overall, as a first hotel choice for a trip to London, it's still very convenient for getting around and sightseeing.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast omelets were delicious, and the room was equipped with a capsule coffee machine. I particularly liked the practical layout of the room, and the soundproofing was also quite good. Both the pillows and the bed were very comfortable. The area around the hotel was excellent – clean, safe, and quiet at night. Both check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

The value for money here is incredible. It's always a good sign when you see airline crews staying at a hotel, and American Airlines crews were also here, which speaks volumes about its quality. Getting a room in this location for around 2,000 is a fantastic deal. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. Compared to hotels closer to Hyde Park, the value for money here is significantly better – not just by a little bit. Out of the two hotels I stayed at during my London trip, this one was certainly my favorite.

I stayed in the DoubleTree hotel for some days and had dinner here. The food was good, the menu is a bit small. Staff is friendly.

This review concerns the breakfast buffet provided as part of our overnight stay in the combined hotel (DoubleTree Hilton - Westminster.)

The restaurant area itself is large and well laid out. Modern and clean like much of the hotel it does hold a more business like atmosphere and style but this is expected due to the location and nature of the hotel which has many facilities for business travellers. This is not a detriment at all though and the place is bustling with just as many leisure travellers and families especially at the weekend.

The breakfast buffet however is simply excellent - I can't think of anything that wasn't there. All self service buffet (with exception of hot drinks) there was a full selection of English breakfast items, a large continental selection from meats to cheeses and fruits, fruit salad, pancakes, waffles, range of cereals, toast, croissants, Danish pastries, conserves, fruit juices, yoghurts and probably more. It's well worth the price too. Everything is kept topped up and the staff are constantly busy.

All the staff are polite and attentive and very helpful.

All in all one of the best away from home breakfasts I've had for ages!

This is a typical hotel restaurant. The menu is designed to sound upscale, but the reality is the food is mediocre. The wine list is also fair, and the staff is obviously not trained in the art of serving wine. Nevertheless, the staff tries very hard to please each customer, even if it is terribly awkward. Thus, the City Cafe is a great option on a Sunday evning when little else is open and one needs a place to eat that is nearby and the food is edible.

Placed an order sunday night for a sweet & sour chicken with steamed white rice, sweet and sour chicken was bone dry with hardly any sauce but I continued to eat. Five minutes after I finshed eating I felt a horrible sensation in my stomach and I threw up uncontrollably. Avoid at all cost if you care about you're well being

Really tasty, great flavoured food! It was quiet but the food didn't take long to arrive. Cocktail was "low tide" and could have filled the glass more. It was tasty! It is a bit pricy but in my opinion it was worth it. Good treat!

A fantastic Christmas meal. Great food, great service, incredibly helpful and dedictated staff and a good selection of beers. Attended as part of a works do and we all had a wonderful time. We will be back.

Nice boozer. Would win the "most funkyest smelling toilets in the world" award. Otherwise is not too bad :-)

The upstairs dining room was good and authentic. We had steak pies and nachos. The nachos were average. The pies were hearty and very good. Our waitress was a hard worker and it seemed like she ran the place single handed. Prices were fair.
