Customer service is a key part of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, this was lacking. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve staff training to ensure better service for future guests.
Positives: The hotel provided slippers. The Kensington area felt relatively safe, and there were amenities nearby.
Shower was great and powerful. Window with light behind is annoying as you can not turn this off and it shines all night.
I had an exceptional experience at the Queen’s Hotel Curio Collection. The property is stunning, a perfect balance of historic charm and modern elegance. Our room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel truly special. The staff went above and beyond throughout my visit.
Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. Every interaction was professional yet personal, which really elevated the entire experience. Among demerits, it’s very difficult to book a table in the restaurant in advance, gym is small and quite usual for hotels, only crossover, small dumbbells and some cardio machines and building is in construction works outside.
Able to get a hygiene dental kit from reception as we forgot our toothpaste.
If you book breakfast when you check in it is much cheaper then on the morning.

Service was very disjointed - the person who brought our food didn't seem to know that what he brought was different to what we ordered, then the next few people who came to the table all had a different story about what had happened... We just wanted a nice roast lunch - it was 17:30 by the time we got out!
