This place is a rip off—plan ahead and book your trip in advance—they will charge you exponentially more than if you wait until the day of to book; even worse, when I asked if breakfast was included in the $200+ inflated price I paid, the response was I needed to pay extra!! EVEN THOUGH they are offering a better, cheaper rate with breakfast included to current guests?!

Want to know the best way to turn loyal customers elsewhere? Behave as a business in this manner. One would think acknowledging the burden of having guests carry your business’s bottom line until you have acquired more allowing you to lower your rates for others could be compensated with at least a reconciliatory breakfast—how much could offering a guest who paid hundreds more than another a meal that likely costs less than $5 to produce really put you out as a business? Apparently this hotel isn’t in the business of customer satisfaction or service—just monetary exploitation. 0/10 to the front desk workers who could care less. Won’t be staying here again. Regret staying here now, especially knowing I paid much more than I should have for a mediocre experience at a dated hotel with scratchy sheets.

As someone who has worked in hospitality, it’s a choice not to reconcile a clear inequity in price and service offered. You exist in an area full of completing businesses, and what you seem to stand for is profit over people.

Do yourself the favor of supporting a better business than one who couldn’t understand how easy it would have been to make this situation better.
