Always like any property with Mariott, great location and amazing room sizes, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Location is good, only few minutes from both Gloucester Street station and Earl Court station. The room or area above us was so noisy even though it was quite late in the evening. From about 22:00 -2:00am. On and off there was banging. The isolation of the rooms aren’t very good, I could hear someone walk by everytime. They also charge a £5 fee for room service. The room itself is quite clean and relatively ok space wise. But the pillow are so bad, they are basically non existent.

Generally nicr hotel, but dont get a room next to the service entrance. No soundproof at all. The door closes and opens like every 5 min and you hear it all...

Feels a bit better than a typical Ji Hotel in China, I'd say. And for the UK, the price is quite reasonable.

Good location and value for money. The lounge provided drinks and food in designated hour. Hotel offer storage which is nice.

How incredible of the Marriot can be. We were super tired after the long-haul flight, by the time we arrived hotel was around 8am. The reception assisted us and told that the room was ready and well-prepared. So we could check-in then. We were so happy to refresh ourselves after the flight.

The room was neat and clean every day I could say.
The breakfast was variety and delicious indeed.

Next time if London is our plan, definitely go back!

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.

Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.
Won't be coming here again.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. No surprises here. It's clean and serves food at a low cost. Plenty of seating upstairs.
