Safestay London Kensington Holland Park in London

The staff wasn’t nice or helpful at all. I told them the toilet next to my room was out of service and as so I had to go down two floors for wc and she couldn’t explained me there was another one just one floor up.. I had to find it out by myself. They said they’ll fix it next morning but it was Sunday so ofc they didn’t. The room was empty when I arrived, no one was staying there yet. But it lacked of cleaning, under the bed and a lot of dust. And the duvet looked like if someone had already touch it. I realized it didn’t fold properly because it was inside of a cover two sizes bigger.
There was no hair dryer and the main bathrooms are shared boys and girls which makes it quite uncomfortable in my opinion.
The hostel name is “SafeStay” but the way in didn’t feel safe at all to me. It’s in the middle of a park so it’s not pleasant to get in there in the night in the dark.
A good thing is that the heater in the room worked properly and it was worm in there.
