The placement of this hotel is pretty good. However, a pipeline has been broken down which is unfortunate since the 22nd January. Having a room on the 4th floor the water pressure has been almost inexistent (extremely hot showers, no cold water to balance it). Nevertheless, the room was pretty small.

The breakfast lady was amazing! She remembers what you ordered the day before. Good location, cleaning bedding, will consider staying here again if I travel to London

We enjoyed our stay, great location, bed comfortable, breakfast delicious 😋 kitchen staff fabulous. Down side: our room was 4 floors up steep stairs, no lift. In this hot weather the room was unbearably hot. Tower fan was supplied by the hotel but was totally inadequate for the conditions. We'd even brought our own but still boiled to death! More thought needs to be given to this. We had booked the Admiral Hotel but had to check in at the hotel nextdoor but one, called the Kingsway and stay there instead . No idea why?

Good stay for the location and price however the room had a horrible smell and some damp spots on the walls.

Really struggled to sleep with the smell.

There was no elevator so it was difficult to carry our luggage, but a man helped us out on the way there ◎
On the way back we carried it with determination

Super convenient access to Paddington station, little Venice and Hyde park. Allowed me late checkout on request. No elevator. I liked the English breakfast. There's a continuous alarm sound in the lobby which is annoying. They let me nap on the couch while waiting for my late night bus.

The sheets and pillowcases were not changed in 5 days, the room smelled musty, and the bathroom was pitifully small. The sheets and quilt were not clean.
Everything else is fine.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Food was very nice, but service was slow, almost non-existent despite not having many tables to attend at the time.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.

Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything
