Good but expected more service and they should offer miniral wattet

Hotel was not the one in the picture, totally different in the picture it looks big and would have a lift. This was basically a small very tall house with no lift. We were given a room on the top floor of a building down the road. I had to drag our suitcases up 6 flights of narrow stairs. Also we came early so we wanted to leave our cases, the only place is in front of the counter not secure at all. It was fine for the price just feel tricked by the picture.

Great breakfast, staffs are friendly and always willing to help, location is closed to Paddington station, only the shower is a bit small.

I have to say I was disappointed with my stay here at kingway park from the start of my stay they moved me from the kingsway park hotel to its sister hotel next door but one the admiral which to be honest I wasn’t pleased about as I’d booked to stay at the kings way park, I wasn’t pleased about put into the admiral as I was told it’s were the families go however I wasn’t pleased about staying alone for work purposes. The room was ok but I found old tomatoes next to the bed . Then the noise from children shouting next door was really loud and I was right next to the kitchen so early in the morning I could hear everything from there to . The breakfast was free and very good I have to say but I would not recommend this hotel

Location is super great in Paddington, which is close to a lot of travel spots. Building is somehow old but services from them are pretty good.

Three stars in name only. The room was minuscule, and the bathroom was appalling. It was impossible to brush my teeth without hitting the glass shelf. The showerhead nozzles were clogged, so no water came out. We asked for it to be replaced, and they agreed, but no one ever did. Consequently, we couldn't even take a shower. Breakfast was dreadful. The only savory option was an English breakfast; otherwise, it was just tea with a slice of toast.

The hotel's facilities and environment didn't match the pictures provided. The amenities were outdated, the shower stall was tiny, and the water pressure was poor. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast.
Overall, it's not worth staying. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good location.. no lift , stairs are steep and narrow .. it is difficult to carry my lugagge up

The room was very small heater was dripping water and not working properly told the night reception he told me to wait till 9 am in the morning and that he can’t do anything also the room I stayed was in a basement with no window shower was also very small

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.
