Unpretentious budget accommodation. Fine for a night or two but too cramped to spend much time in.

Good place to stay. Big room, very clean, just the right temperature. Location is a big win. Could use some extra amenities and bins in room. Rest everything is perfect.

Functional, small room with bare minimum included but it is cheap for central London and good location. Reception at check in polite and friendly. Kettle and a few coffee tea and milk packets, as well as soaps. Unfortunately there was a bad smell as an old pizza had been left in the drawer. Fridge wasn't very clean but worse of all the shower and taps in toilet were burning hot or a cold dribble late at night, no inbetween, so must've been turned off to save money. Scalded myself a couple times because of this. Recommend for price and location only.

The location is good, close to shops and food places, short walks from Shepards bush.

The first room was small and the bed was bad, springs were digging out and hurt my back!
The second room was much much better, but very noisy from road traffic,

Staff were helpful and polite. WiFi wasn’t the best and signal was on and off. But all in all a good stay for 2 nights.

Really weird stay. Went to hotel sapphire to check in and was a note in the door to check in and stay at the Pearl hotel. Room was smelly dirty and no towels . Very disappointed was near the theatre that was the only thing good about it

The room was quite clean, and someone came to tidy up every day. It was also pretty spacious.

Very clean, and quite close to the metro station. The staff are kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. Considering the season, the rooms were perfectly warm and smelled lovely.

Short walk from Shepherd’s Bush tube station. Before arrival was contacted by the hotel to say I would need to check in at a different building and collect my key card from there. Room was in the basement — clean but could maybe do with a revamp. Bathroom was small but manageable. Plug in sink didn’t work so had to keep water running whilst washing. Reception wasn’t open in the morning to leave my suitcase for the day (as agreed the night before), had to wait 30 minutes for someone to open up. Overall thoughts, fine for a solo, one night stay.
