The Jade Hotel in London

I had something to do and didn't go the last two nights. The front desk automatically canceled the hotel for me! But I paid for five nights! The attitude at the front desk is particularly bad! Really don’t come! Fortunately, Ctrip helped me change to another hotel, otherwise I would have to stay in Qiaodong.

I am very dissatisfied with the hotel. I originally booked another hotel and changed it temporarily due to the typhoon. I didn't expect it to be very unsatisfactory!
The room is small and crowded, and the service generally does not meet the needs of guests. There is no laundry room.

The room I was allocated had hair on the bed and also in the bathroom, when I asked the lady at reception to change she said the cleaner must have forgotten to clean the room, considering we are in a pandemic and given the necessity to have good hygiene this was not comforting to hear in the slightest. She then allocated a room which was in the base room and near the fire exit and was not good so I asked if she could find another room for me to sleep for one night as I was travelling for work. She said she had to speak to her boss to see if that would be ok, she then said she would like to see my original allocated room, when she went to visit she said it’s fine. How is having hair on bedsheets and in the bathroom fine. The hygiene standards of this hotel is poor and the staff were not helpful to the point the owner of the hotel in the morning he doesn’t care and raised his voice and said he has enough money so if I ask for a refund he doesn’t care. The manager also suggested at 11pm when I checked in to go to a different hotel. A young woman walking up and down the street for somewhere to stay sounds comforting doesn’t it - I think not. Do not stay at this hotel whatsoever
