The location was perfect but the room is a little run down. They need to replace the carpet and fix the glass beside the bath tub which is a big hazard for anyone but the whole bed space was perfect for families with multiple children.

Rooms are big and spacious, cleanliness can be improved. Overall hotel is abit old. With certain times some odd smell. Location was great with many restaurants and cafe nearby.

Located at the shopping area... selfridges, M&S, Primark and many more. Counter staff were helpful... a blonde lady was very sincere and kind to do a lot without asking. Hotel is a bit used with only one escalator going up and I pity those walk down the long stairs everyday. Yes, they have a elevator tug at the back for the luggage but... anyway, the hotel attracted lots of Arabs in a big groups and i saw people come in for corporate events. Its a very busy hotel and crowded.

Great location — just off Oxford Street and only a short 3-minute walk to Marble Arch Station, which made getting around so easy. My Queen Room was a comfortable size, though the view wasn’t much to look at. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The only downside was the lifts — they can be a bit slow during busy times. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay in central London!

The lifts are slow. Need to wait for a long time, particularly during the check-out time. The TV programmes are unstable. Not many choices for the channels. However, the location of the hotel is excellent, convenient for transport.

Good Italian food with good location . Service are depend on guest coming, when I go there is a peak time , need wait around 15 min to get the food.

If you're looking for a quick Italian meal that doesn't hurt your pocket but still delivers on taste and quality, this is the spot for you!
Standard Italian menu with some very flavorful dishes.
Portions were small, in my opinion.
Beautiful decor.
Staff seemed over worked. They were polite, but the service was very basic.
Good to note: it's usually really crowded and there's a wait.

Went Last week with my sister for birthday lunch, (one of my favourite branches) it was really busy but didn't have too wait long. Food was good, staff were good. No complaints.

Even though it is a chain cafe the coffee here is great and most people love the scones. Breakfast is okay. Groupon does afternoon tea for two for £20 here which sounds like a good deal.
