Great location. Lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was a quick overnight stay, so Thistle-Trafalgar Square was perfect for where we wanted to be.

We stayed at the Thistle Trafalgar Square recently for one night. It was a great location and very reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in London.

A great hotel in a fantastic location, close to central London and its attractions. We've stayed here many times before, but this weekend the staff were absolutely fantastic – friendly, attentive, and helpful – a real credit to the hotel and the company. Thank you and well done!

My friend and I were able to check in a little earlier as the room was ready. This was a huge bonus as we'd been travelling a long time.
The room was very clean. We had slippers and robes available during our stay.
The breakfast was very good, with a selection of products. Pastries, breads, cereals. Hot and cold food. Teas and coffees.
The hotel was in a superb location. Which suited our needs. Near to theatre land and all the iconic sights.

The room was lovely, had everything that I wanted. Standing shower, kettle, desk, wifi was good, you can charge your devices by the bedside.
The lobby was nice and welcoming too.
Location was marvellous as well. so near to Piccadilly circus, Chinatown, Leciester Sq Trafalgar Sq. and to the tube stations.
One of the best hotels, that I have ever stayed in. There are many Thistle hotels around, but this is the best,

The worst hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are dirty and dusty, there is no care taken of them and no luggage transportation services. I had to carry my own bags when entering and exiting. The refrigerator does not work. I filed a complaint from the first day I entered the hotel until the last day, they did not solve the problem. The price is very exaggerated compared to the service and care of the rooms. The air conditioning is bad, the curtains are worn out and dirty. The only thing that distinguishes is the size of the room. I will not repeat the experience again. Advice

It’s a tired hotel in the center of London with spacious rooms. The entrance is on the back side of the street and there is no view from the window. I would give 3 stars to the hotel and hope they can renovate the space.

My Wife mentioned to the Manager on 01/01/2018 @ 15:50pm approx the ladies toilets were insufficient as 3 out of 4 were not working. This issue caused queues for the ladies and paying customers, also the toilets were flooded and unclean and lacked toilet paper.

The response from the Manager (bald head) was less than unresponsive to say the least which was very disappointing from a Chained Restaurant.

Prezzo you need to up your game when it comes to customer service and worryingly hygiene.

What a terrible pasta and risotto. The rice was alive which means not well cooked and horrible. I hope people visit another Italian restaurant. Although it LOOKS nice.

Good service which is prompt service along with a smile. Food is good epically pizzas. Recommend posh pepperoni

This is one of the upmarket designed Prezzo and is quite spacious. I was greeted on arrival and treated like a VIP rather than just a customer. The food choice as presented on the menu is mouth-wateringly attractive.
Service was professional and the food excellent.
I was admirably served by Regi.

I am not a tourist and thus perhaps have higher expectations of London restaurants. However, our experience was not a good one. The restaurant was very noisy and the bottle of Chianti we ordered absolutely revolting. The worst aspect was the laughably small portion of spaghetti bolognese that was supposed (as a 'sharer') to be able to feed up to four people. It was barely enough for one serving, let alone for my son and I. Don't give this restaurant your custom; it is a rip off.
