I usually really enjoy a Dominos but this is by far the worst takeaway experience I've ever had.
I can't believe Dominos let them keep the name. The woman was rude and aggressive. When I called after 50 minutes to ask where the food was, she told me that I hadn't waited long enough, and I'm the only customer ever to be annoyed at their service. They have my money, and I'm starving. They need shutting down

Terrible delivery service. I've learnt bad new ways of delivering a pizza. Incredible

Twice in a row the app has said delivered but they have been late (today 40 mins late) and the driver claims he had trouble finding the address. I live on the busiest main road in the area, no chance that we are hard to find. Cold food and no compensation offered until the THIRD phonecall to them. They have also hung up on me in the past when chasing an order. Absolutely diabolical, avoid at all cost.

Why isn't it possible to give a minus rating? Anyway. I have made an order roughly a month ago, within this order I had ordered cookies but received brownies. I rang them and asked why I was given brownies instead of cookies and this was because the cookie dough ran out? Why wasn't I phoned to explain that I would be getting brownies instead I don't know. But the guy said he'll give 2 free cookies on my account for my next order. Ordered tonight and called to check I'll get free cookies and the girl checked on the computer and confirmed I will be. Order arrives low and behold no cookies... rang them again asking I haven't received the cookies, another lady explains that I was suppose to give me address but the previous girl didn't state that at all. I then asked so when will I get the free cookies? She said next time I order....I told her I don't know what kind of business they think they're running and hung up, I phoned back and asked can I speak to a manager and was passed to her again, she then says yeah? I said was I just speaking to you on the phone she says yes! with an attitude, I said is that how you address me? she then corrects herself with stating she's the manager and how can she help. Like really? this back and forth has put me off my food entirely. Pizza Hut anyone?

I ordered 2 pizzas . One thin crust and one deep pan. The delivery didn't take too long but the delivery guy didn't know the area at all so I had to go downstairs and find him. Once I got back to my apartment I opened the boxes up and what do I see . Two deep pan pizzas. Strange ??! I checked my order history and I was very confused. I gave them a call and the guy who answered told me that they run out of the thin crust dough ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♂️ Fair enough but could you not inform me about this ? He apologised but nothing was done to resolve the issue . The pizzas are huge and very filling . It will take you min 2 days to eat these oil cakes if you order for one. Probably best price in the area because it's buy one get one free.

Placed an order to be delivered at 12:45 for a staff get together. by 13:00 rung the restaurant and it took ages for someone to answer, I was told that the driver is on his way and he will be there in 5 - 7 mins. Food arrived 40 mins late after everybody had left. Real real shame that some people can messed up your day so badly and offer no apologies.

Ordered from just eat. Normally fast delovery and food is hot. This time order at 1:45pm and delivery wasnt until 3:10pm. Food was cold phoned them and all they could say is what do you want me to do .. you will have to warm it up .. really..... food was originally due at 2.30 which was reasonable bit then changed to 3pm. And was still late ... wont be ordering online again thats for sure ....!!

1) Menu is overpriced for what it is (all coffee/tea is served in the tiniest of cups)
2) Coffee tastes horrid!
3) Service is appalling. Both the woman and man tried their absolute best to pretend I was invisible whilst waiting to order at the till, "looking around for things" avoiding eye contact... until it got extremely awkward and the woman knew she HAD to say "we'll be with you soon".

Giving a star because I'm surprised I didn't have to wait 24 hours to be acknowledged and be served my (horrible tasting) coffee!
