It's a surprisingly good hotel considering the run down neighbourhood. Quite long walk from the tube on an dirty road with quite a few grocery shops and fast food places. 7" pizza for 1.99, although at this price is too fishy. The reception and check in is like a 2-3 star hotel. The room I had was refurbished no longer than 12 months ago and was clean. Plenty of storage and towel. Good sound insulation. Air conditioning. Mains socket next to bed so one can have the phone on bedside table while sleeping - you would wonder how many hotels have the socket in the opposite side of room. All you can eat English breakfast what puts even sone 4 star hotels at shame because fresh vegetables were served. 4 stars only because of the distance from public transport.

Room was alright but 0 safety. Hotel management sort the people loitering outside the hotel. I am not returning to this hotel.

Very disrespectful staff and management.
Got place through council but continuous harassment, invading privacy , stole valuable items. Safety is importantl.

New years eve party, from 30th Dec to 2 Jan 2023, best new year we have ever had in this hotel, entertainment fantastic every night, food exelant, staff brilliant.reccoment it , already booked for next year highly reccomend .

1. hotel is on a busy street so no dirth of restaurant.. specially Indian food
2. close to bus stand.. hence buses are easy... but Bus TAKES 2 HOURS to reach Central London
3. Better to walk to EASTHAM underground stn and take westbound DISTRICT or CIRCLE or HAMMERSMITH line.. carry oyster cards to save money
4. Breakfast is the highpoint... worth every penny.... tastes good n is filling.. decent spread of items to choose from..
5. rooms are bit small including bathrooms but for 2 person or a family of 3 can manage
6. no microwave in room... but one is kept close to reception in case something needs to be heated
7. SafeLocker in room to store valuables
8. kettle is provided with tea coffee sachets
9. shower cabinets

The included breakfast is great and if your traveling on a budget this place is definitely for you! The beds weren't the greatest, but doable for the price. It is a little out of the way from most of the popular things to do in london, so be prepared for at least 45 min travels on the tube. The busses do run from the hotel to the nearest tube station. Overall, this hotel is great if you are attempting to visit London on a budget, but if money is not an issue, find a hotel closer to central London.

We are regular customers at this restaurant, food is really nice. However, today was a big disappointment!
We waited over 30mins for the food to come to us. When it did, one order had the wrong sauce topping on so had to wait again for them to bring us another one. On our way out we ordered a milkshake which we had to wait another 15mins for. What really shocked and disappointed me was when the female staff was finally making the milkshake, as she was pouring it out from the blender into the cup, some of the thick cream fell on the work too. She used her HAND to put it all back into the cup then looked back to see if I was looking. Which I was!! I said to her what do you think you just did?? She said sorry i will make another one!! Absolutely shocking!

Only had chops and beef steak. The chops taste fantastic but when you eat too much beef steak, it starts to lack its wow factor.

Very nice pleasant experience Good Food with nice family Environment. Chicken Burger is just shy of a fiver so not the most economical place. However you do pay for what you get.

Love The Grill! I've been to the East Ham restaurant countless times and I have never been disappointed! Food is always prompt and delicious and the staff are always very nice and welcoming.

Overall, brilliant service, nice location and very friendly staff!

I'd continue to go here and I would recommend it!

I'm very picky with pizzas, there's always something I find bad about them but pizza gogo never let me down, I used to get it where i previously lived and now after moving I found a store near by, the delivery is quite slow, takes over an hour sometimes but worth it for the taste.

Nice Halal pizzas,on collections buy one get one free.The price is very high for the size of pizzas,I ordered extra large pizza £17 buy one get one free on collection,I received the pizza just large.Despite this at least I got one pizza free.

literally so disgusting, cold not cooked can taste the pizza dough, the cheese is not melted, the medium is not even medium looks small, also last time delivered didn't give the £8 change back and when told about it they pretended they don't know, second time ordered on the phone 2 specials for £16 but online says £15.90 where did they get the £0.10 from??? useless never to order again waste of money and disgusting

Good Value and Good Quality South indian vegetarian food. Service a little slow but well worth the visit. Try a Dosa or an Uthapum.
