Scam properties 1) properties have bed bugs 2) shower leakage will ask you to pay for it while you shower because the property is so old 3) disturbance noice you cannot sleep at night 4) no respect from the staffs 5) no refund what so ever Run away from this property and drop a review 1. There’s just so many better hotels out there. Don’t get pulled by the cheapness. You can thank me later if you don’t want to get bed bugs

Perfect location with good metro connections, near Hyde Park and plenty of nice places for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. No AC but a big strong fan was in the room and it did the job. Be aware of the narrow staircase which might be an issue if you have a big (and heavy) suitcase . As it is central London, rooms are small so a big suitcase will be hard to open fully in the room.

Hotel was fine - it’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. The area was good and close to Paddington for easyreach to other areas. The room was small but that was to be expected. Nice to have a fridge but some extra hangers in wardrobe would be good. Bathroom was very small but again, not unexpected. Bottom line, ifyouonly intend to sleep in the room it’s perfectly acceptable. Warning though - no lift or air con. WiFi was good.

The location is excellent, in a residential area with easy access to everything: bars, restaurants, the metro, and buses. We really appreciated that the room had a microwave, fridge, and kettle. There was a mix-up with the breakfast, which Tahir resolved. If I were to return to London, I would stay here again.

Very good. We went in November 2023. The bus has good connections. It's very close to Paddington station, with a direct bus to the airport. The room was very small but had all the basics. I recommend this accommodation for a couple of days if you only intend to sleep there. What I liked most was that it had a refrigerator and microwave, so we had the essentials in the room.

I was booked this hotel as a corporate work booking and once booked I took to Trip advisor and was extremely worried when I read the reviews. I got there after a train ride from Cardiff to Paddington and literally was a 5 minute walk from the station. I was met at the door and taken up to the office on the first floor. I filled in the paperwork, given my key and the password for the internet. I was given room number 15 which was on the 4th floor. The keys consist on your room key and also the front door key. I opened my door to a single room which for me was adequate for the one night I was staying. The view was facing the main road which was surprisingly quiet. The room had a single bed, 2 little cupboards, a microwave, kettle and a small corner rail to hang clothes. The bathroom had a big shower and was clean. The heating was on 5 and too hot for such a small room but I turned that down. I went out for the evening and you are close enough to Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street etc, the only think is that when I returned at 11pm, the lady in the room next to me was talking so loudly on the phone you could hear it all! All in all I was happy with the room, I checked out by leaving my key on the side at around 7.30am, breakfast was not included on my booking so can’t comment on this.

Falsely advertised as a 3 star Hotel, worse than a youth hostel that is in horror films... No elevator, No AC, No air in the tiny room. Tiny single bed with no place to stay and very hot. Bad service. Left after a fee hour before midnight of the first day, only arrived at 23:00. Was not refunded the money by the hotel although they took all upfront.

One of the most dire hotels I have stayed in and the worst value for money as it was both expensive and atrocious. The only word for this place is squalid. There was a four floor climb to our unheated room. Dirty carpets, light over basin in bathroom that did not work (pullcord was trapped within light housing). There was no heat when it was zero degrees outside. The place appears to be a fire trap. Not sure how one would get out. Window was sealed shut and not double glazed. The response we received to our complaint on the heating was firstly "we shall turn it on" and then "it doesnt work, we will call the plumber Monday" to which we responded we would have left by then. Frankly it appeared they wanted to keep the energy costs down (to zero) by not turning on the heating. There was no bedside table and no rack to put the suitcase on. The only floorspace was in the narrow entrance to the room so it was blocked by our suitcase having to lie there. There is NO breakfast so the photo on the front of this tripadvisor is deceptive. The towels were not changed but as the towelrack heater did not work, thus the towels stayed wet our whole stay. All this for £140 plus per night. A new low in dumpy Bayswater hotels.

The property is poorly maintained. The window wouldn't open, it was located on a busy road (which you can clearly hear), the walls were thin (the room next to ours had a leaking faucet), there was a leak in the room, the shower heads hadn't been descaled (resulting in poor water pressure), the toilet seat was loose, there were stains on towels, stains on bed linens, and brochures dated 2020. The reception desk wasn't in a separate building, but in another room. Although the staff were friendly, they also spoke a different language to us as guests. In short, it felt grimy and definitely not value for money.

Filthy, mis-managed, un-maintained, Un-Safe (Fire doors blocked open, fire panel has faults, fire extinguishers three years past inspection dates) NOT 24h security, unreliable shower water and water temp, no elevator, illicit activities by some guests staying long term, downstairs kitchen is used as a hang out by some guests, beer tins/pizza boxes/dirty plates/cutlery left for days.... plus bins overflowing. tiny rooms, only cleaned three times in one month, radiator valve doesn't work so was always roasting in the room, emergency numbers posted on reception dont work. came home one night to the whole communal areas stinking of gas, a resident had left the over on downstairs (unignited) Positives... location to Paddington, Hyde Park....

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Food was very nice, but service was slow, almost non-existent despite not having many tables to attend at the time.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Definately not high end. Maybe notch above Tesco but at 10x the cost. If you dont know how proper Indian food tastes, have too much money then why not.

I've visited many times and more or less sampled most of the menu, everything is delicious, and delivered with wonderful service.

Need to replace the long standing chef before this place can improve. Regular inconsistencies in food quality and preparation. Harjit needs to go... food needs to improve

Superb food, quiet but not empty on a Monday night. Expensive though, just over £100 including service for two of us.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!
