It was clean and good but was little cold and small room

The room was very basic, with no desk and only two hangers. The shower pressure was low, and the room temperature was cold at night, making it chilly to sleep. The bed was 1.5m, and the duvet was small, not quite big enough for two people as it left us feeling a bit exposed to the cold.

Good location, near the train station. It's close to the river which is very nice.

That’s pretty nice of its location, however the plugs are not working for the first few days. But they did try to solve the issue asap, no bad for the efficiency.

Value for money if you just need a simple and clean hotel room to stay. Location is in centre of London and hard to beat its low cost.

Bathroom had black spot mould growth, reaction upon entry sore throat and coughing. Reported, new room not given, clean offered. A clean wouldn't have resolved, not an issue of house keeping, this is a result of profit margins first and not customer 'no maintenance or refurb etc'. For a hotel in central London and a room for a disabled guest this is a disgrace. Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou whats happening?

The room was very tiny but serviceable enough for me as a solo traveller - though my suitcase wouldn’t fit in the space under the bed so I had to always keep it in the doorway and move it every time I wanted to leave because the room was so small! Thankfully the bed was decent and it had great air conditioning so this made up for it somewhat. The staff were okay and supplied me with a hairdryer and extra towel when asked but nobody was on the front desk when I wanted to leave my luggage when I checked out.

Not bad but just too small even for me! Don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Easy to check in and find the room. fairly basic hotel but perfect for a cheap stay for 1 or 2 nights

Security following me around. Staff not understanding that you are able to use John Lewis Gift Cards and basic products overpriced. Not a pleasant visit overall

Nice Waitrose, has good opening hours and choice of produce. Spoilt by the sink estate above it where the residents are chavs and dead common. One reviewer said it was on several floors but really just one. It would be good if it was extended upwards, thus also getting rid of the sink estate and its awful residents, a massive improvement to the whole area. There's a Pret just outside the shop now, which the sink estate residents spoil by using it.

Average to small sized 'local' store. Some staff were a little rude and dismissive, others were very friendly and helpful. Compact indoor 'cafe' (a single high bench-style table against the window with a few seats, coffee machine tucked in corner made access difficult when busy. Some seating outside too which was far more pleasant.
Good range of products in store, and as ever with Waitrose, good quality but rather expensive.
