Very clean and tidy. Cleaners did a brilliant job. Modern trendy style hotel. Stayed her before and was good hence this my 2nd stay. Very impressed. The stuff I encountered were very nice.

Good hotel for a London city break, but with a few clear downsides.The positives were the generous breakfast, the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the convenient location. On the negative side, our room was not serviced on one day, even though we had breakfast at 8am every morning and did not return until around 7pm. That really should not happen. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear neighbouring guests, and rooms facing the railway are very noisy. Overall, a decent stay with some strong points, but housekeeping and sound insulation definitely need improvement

Moxy hotel location come with all tube lines available just like 180 m walk. very convenient to travel around UK. Westfield shopping mall is good to shop, a lot of stuff there. Service is ok. Will recommend to stay here

Not only most unpleasant sandwich ever but also staff eating behind till while serving costumer, unprofessional and big lack of costumer service, poor hygiene, shame for subway company, bread was hard as rock, sandwich filling was very stingy. Would never recommend!

so went to subway this morning to get my breakfast sub and this girl naemi or naome refused to serve me my sub the way I always get it ( I worked for subway by the way ) and then called the manager and he said the reason why they don't do it it's because it's a busy store ( bare in mind it was 9am and it was empty ) staff with lack of customer skills and management even worse . never going there again

Poor, poor customer service. The young lady didn't want to service me because I stood over the order point. The other customers told the lady I was there first, but she ignored me to make a point. By then 5 more customers joined the queue. So unnecessary and really upset my morning, so I left the shop.

Came on Thursday night, hardly any customers and lots of staff. No one to greet us as we came in, had to find our own tables and then ask for the menu after no one came for 10minutes. Food was bad, pizza didn't taste of anything. Low quality ingredients

There is a short man working there with glasses who appears extremely rude to the women who come in. I didn't appreciate that and I refuse to go again because of it. No woman should be subjected to that and they have better food and customer service at the café next door.

I just bought 6pieces of hot wings and it was £2,79.I gave the cashier £10 and got £7 back as a change, she didn’t even explain at all why she couldn’t able to give another 11pp. It’s just a small thing but it’s so dishonest. I’ve never experienced such things like that in another places, even the street venders.
What a shame!!!!

This is an amazing halal KFC nice food staff are friendly too it's always clean and nice it generally a lovely place. Nice restaurant but small and big queues. Prices are the same as everywhere. friendly staff and usual KFC food. Staff were always cleaning and the place felt fresher than most fast food shop. would definitely recommend it any one.

I went there today with some work colleagues to get lunch and I can surely say I will never be going there again.
Filthy is an understatement the floor outside is cleaner, The tables clearly are not wiped regularly as there is bbq sauce stains and drinks that have spilt that has dried up. There was dirt that had just been swept into a corner near the bins and left. There was a rubbish bag that was left on the stairs that leads to the toilets. The staff member that was on the floor walking around had dirty uniform with white stains on them. It is literally awful and would not recommend going there!!
