London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch in London

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, with poor facilities and service. It was written that I should check in at 3 o'clock, but they didn't say that there was a room available until 4 o'clock that day. On the first night, the air conditioner was broken and the room smelled bad (not sure if the sheets were changed). After I asked to change the room, the front desk didn't even check any system and said that there was no room to change. The attitude was very bad and discriminatory. Even after Ctrip platform intervened and agreed to change the room, when I came back from going out, the front desk continued to change the room and claimed that the air conditioner in other rooms was also broken, so there was no need to change. The communication from 4 o'clock in the afternoon to 11 o'clock in the evening on the same day was still fruitless. I should have studied abroad for many years and can communicate fluently in the language, but I still negotiated many times to no avail (there were several service staff at the front desk who were very mean and spoke with discrimination). If it was a compatriot who couldn't communicate fluently during travel, I don't know how much they would be bullied.
