The hotel is in a good location, but that’s really the only positive thing. The rooms weren’t very clean, and we had to let the reception know if we wanted fresh towels or our room cleaned. Even though we did that properly, no one came — the room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed. On top of that, you can hear every single step from the floor above, which can be quite annoying if you’re sensitive to noise.

Reception team were amazing and friendly♡
Overall the room was clean and good size for one person (i had a single room).
The only concern was the heating- I was in Lower ground floor and it was quite cold considering the heating was on 31 degrees whole night.
Also I would suggest housekeeping team could do more thorough check- phone wasnt working, no hand towel.
Will come back :)

No elevator. The room is not soundproof. It's very small. Just make do with it.

The room is quite small, has a strange smell, the towels are not clean, the breakfast is too simple, the only advantage is the good location

Just have in the entire romm 2 plugs and one not working, the location is amazing and the staffs are nice. Just 5 mim walking from vitotia station.

I love subway. I will defiantly be back into subway. But no way will I visit this one again. Dirty floor, tables and in all honesty some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. When I found a part clean table I was asked to move to a manky one half way through my terribly prepared sub. Without a please or thank you. He just said you need to move to that one. Totally shocked with these standards. I have the loyalty card and always leave good reviews but this one is terrible. They also had no stock and when I wasn't given my receipt, I asked for it when I realised I didn't have one and was told "what you asking now for" WTF subway.

Called in around 10:30am on Sunday 20th October 2013. Quiet, but still very very slow service for 2 staff. Constant queue even at that time of day for no reason. The Supervisor had to tell the assistant a number of times to do his job properly while we dined there. Order was cold by the time we got to eat even though it had gone into the toaster during the ordering process. Tables filled with uncollected rubbish. Will never go there again.
Also. there was a peculiar chemical taste to our coffee/tea.
