Having to go up and down to the upper building is a pain in the neck. When we went to our room, the toilet didn’t flush properly. This is when we got to experiencing go up and down three times to try to get the staff to repair the thing. Ultimately they were very nice and they gave us an alternative room for a night But…

Area is nice, safe and isolated. Really bad traffic because it’s close to the highway entrance.

After the first night of staying in my room I noticed my door lock wasn’t working. That means anyone could’ve entered my room without a keycard. Called the front desk and they sent someone to check it out and fixed it. That was the end of the story but I’d expected at least an apology of some sort from the hotel. Wasted me a good hour just to wait for them to fix my door so I can leave the hotel.

Checking in: Had to wait 2 guys helping one person that was checking in. They didn't acknowledge me or apologize for waiting. Valet was a long wait. It was a mess. Cars everywhere and unorganized. Room was old, smelly and outdated. Carpet smelled like dog urine. Nobody helped us with our luggage at check out. Definitely paid way too much for this kind of service. It’s not a bad hotel but I will probably book elsewhere next time I’m in town. The room (really the whole hotel) and a fairly gross smell to it and the carpet near the bathroom seemed wet. The shower had major drainage issues and the hotel itself is very confusing to get into because the entrance is not well lit and they have cones and tape across part of it. The staff and valet team were very nice and this hotel has one of the best smelling soaps/shampoos. Not a bad place to stay, I’m just picky when it comes to a price point and standard like this.

Stayed here for business and felt very comfortable! It’s a dog friendly hotel, so you see dogs around - but I didn’t notice “pee smell” as others mentioned in reviews. Hotel rooms are outdated, so doesn’t feel like luxury, but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I printed something for work at the reception without charge and overall felt comfortable with my stay. :) Thanks to the nice staff!

This hotel is a complete scam. Despite some well-maintained areas, we encountered challenges with the room conditions, including very unpleasant smells and dated furnishings like dark-stained carpets. Additionally, unexpected charges such as parking fees (40/USD per night) and a resort fee. It was a less-than-ideal stay. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. Consistent 1 star reviews are also indicative of others experience here.
My suggestion to the operators of this hotel is to gut it and start over.

Pictures definitely make it seem nicer than it is. Rooms are pretty dated. They also have a ton of fees aside from booking the hotel. We stayed three nights and at the end was charged an extra $500 for parking and a resort fee. I would never stay here or recommend it based off of that alone. The walls are also thin and can hear everything in the other rooms. They also give you a QR code to get your car, order room service, etc. We used it and services were either not provided or we had to walk down to the first building lobby and request in person.I would choose somewhere else

Incredibly overpriced, even for LA. The food is totally hit or miss, no consistency at all, and I don't think a single one of the servers has ever worked in a restaurant before. Nice views and the occasional great dish just don't make up for it.

This is my go to restaurant when I’m meeting people on the west side from the valley. I have been coming here for the last three or four years total about 15 or 20 times. At least for breakfast and lunch, The food is great and as people have mentioned, the view. can’t be beat. Are usually go with the omelette for breakfast and the cop salad for lunch. The person I dined with the other day had the crab Louie salad and he thought it was great. The prices are reasonable for the Westside. And it is a no tip restaurant so what you see is what you pay. Service has always been responsive the restaurant is very quiet and calm.

Beautiful view of the city. Great drinks. Really good food! The jerk chicken was delicious! Friendly service. They tell you no gratuity is expected for hotel and restaurant staff because they are paid higher wages. (The hotel rooms are very nice too, by the way.) Very close to the Getty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and hotel.

Loved the atmosphere, beautiful view. Pricey for soso food, not very friendly..maybe the reason why it's dead. Waste of beautiful atmosphere. Too bad:( Pay Valet parking.
