The room was decent, quite spacious by American standards. We were able to open up one large and two small suitcases without a problem. The location is excellent, right next to UCLA, with many restaurants nearby, and it's a very safe neighborhood. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they offer a complimentary glass of wine every evening – I personally prefer the white. The hotel's own restaurant also offers good value for money, so if you're too lazy to go out, you can easily have all your meals there.

First time staying in this hotel in LA! Decent and great location! Cleanliness is not bad (compared to a lot of hotels in LA) and concierge's very helpful and friendly.

The community around the hotel is clean and safe, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, although the room is not big, the service provided is still good, such as free taxi within 3 kilometers. There are churches and Hammer Museum nearby, and it is not far from Beverly Hills.

The Kimpton Hotel Palomar far exceeded my expectations. After coordinating the location for the video shoot with his director, Donald Chalke, he and the entire staff accommodated every request and desire, no matter too big or small. Saying they did their best is not enough. As an overnight guest, high service continued. The Double Take bar and restaurant team impressed us with their smile, service and mixology. With the hospitality industry as a whole short-staffed and as we begin to recover from the pandemic, Kimpton Hotel Palomar hasn't missed a beat. If you're looking to stay in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area, this is a WIN!
