A friend and I were in Miami for my birthday and chose the Julia for our stay. It was a great choice! Very costal, cute and clean! Modern rooms, spacious for small groups or individuals traveling. Walking distance to ocean drive but tucked enough away that you don’t get that rowdy noise on the weekends if you’re trying to sleep. Oscar (the owner) was wonderful as well in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Will for sure choose the Julia when we return to South Beach!!

The complimentary coffee/tea/water station served to be quite useful. The decor is modern and minimalistic however the rooms are quite reminiscent of dorm rooms. Every step along the corridor is heard from the room. This is not the place for a romantic getaway or for peace and quiet. It may be more suited for a girls weekend or at least friends. The staff is fantastic though, super helpful and friendly.

Lovely facility. Very comfortable and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Happy hour with wine and snacks each evening. Light breakfast with juice and coffee in the mornings.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were very modern and the hotel was extremely clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. They had Starbucks Coffee and tea on site 24hr and a nice spread of breads, yogurt and pastries in the morning. Only a short walk to the beach with towel and lounge chair service available. Would definitely go back.

Great new hotel, but with a few quirks. The beds were soft and comfortable. There was no shower curtain, so the floors got wet when you showered. There was also no iron or ironing board, which is nice for business travelers. I would be happy to stay there again.

Great hotel for couples! It is a smaller place but they use this fact to create a great experience. From breakfast being so good you want to eat it (none of those fake eggs and mini cereal boxs like larger places), to wine and cheese waiting for you when you return from a day on the beach, plus the staff being the most genuinely friendly, nice, that I've ever met (I cannot say enough about how great and friendly the staff was).
The one thing I will mention, which is mentioned is other reviews, is that the design leads to sound traveling quite a bit. This wasn't a problem for us but if you are accustom to complete silence, you may want to request a room further away from the lobby or maybe upstairs.
We've already decided, without question, our next trip to the island will be spent here.

I normally enjoy my experience here but this visit did not go too well. My server was...uninspired. Everyone has an off day however, her, disposition kinda blew me. Which might explain why it took so long for her finally come & greet me after waiting for, what it seemed to me, to be an excessive amount of time. Then it took, longer than usual for my food, French Toast. It wasn't very busy in there that night. And the food wasn't good. When it was brought up to my server, the look on her face, to me, was one of which it seemed like she could care less. However, in her defense, she did alert a Manager who removed the French Toast from my bill. I've always enjoyed eating here but this visit failed to meet my expectations.

Too many menu options are indicative of food that is not fresh. This was our experience. It’s a great location and classic concept that really should be executed with more care. Plates came The food we were served reflected this as the food did not taste fresh. The shakes were mediocre and the atmosphere is just okay.

Classic diner does absolute gluttony. It is guaranteed fun at this spot. There is just about a million things on the menu but I recommend sticking to the unique burger selection. Don't come here on a diet. The junk food is stellar, but anything that isn't fattening is nothing to write home about. A perfect spot for affordable eats on South Beach!

Dinner was great, the portions and selections are absolutely amazing. Food could use a bit more salt but overall dinner was great Anne the service was top notch. Chicken and waffles are great!!! Hot sauce had great flavor.
Breakfast the next day was the complete opposite. Food was only ok, pancakes were salty not very appetizing, go figure. The service sucked!!! Waitress disappeared after taking our order and returned only to bring bill.
5 stars for dinner and 1 star for breakfast. Avg 3 stars.

Everything was perfect. The only head's up I would add is that the bathroom is a bit dated! For the beautiful Landmark that they are and represent. The place is absolutely beautiful. Just the bathroom need a facelift to compliment the rest of the facility. It was a great experience. Great food, beautiful people. Music Lakay! Keep spreading our culture and cuisine to the world in South Beach

Tap Tap is an amazing restaurant on South Beach. What I love about it is that it is not touristic and the food is freshly prepared. Although there are not too many vegetarian options, the ones that are on the menu are really nice. My suggestion is the legumi dish. Portions are big and delicious.

Lovely Haitan food (I'm not Haitan and it was the first time I ate it).
Old school style restaurant on Sobe, pretty large with custom drawn murals and tables, very atmospheric.
The staff are really friendly and chilled.
Recommended.

This place was not all it cracked up to be....paid good for the cost of the food and half hour later ....we were starving. ..they didn't give us enough food...
