This is probably one of the best places I've ever stayed. Every staff member is so accommodating and nice. We stayed here twice this year, before and after our cruise. The location cannot be beat with a small piece of beach dedicated for the hotel chain, just 2 blocks East. You are in the middle of everything. Marlon was extra helpful, replacing the water in the gym and just being overall cheery.
I love that it is renovated from the 1940's but needs just a touch up from all the moisture. It is what it is. And overall, it's awesome!!!!

We arrived at 11:45 and although we were early were told that there were too many “late check outs” and “house keeping” just came in to begin cleaning rooms. And would be able to check in around 1:30-2. We came back at 1:30 and were told sorry we could not be given an estimate of time and that we would be notified. By 3:45 we checked again and the gentleman at the desk that was going to call us when the room was ready had left for the day and we were told they only had king rooms with pull out beds available although I booked 2 queen beds (for 4 people). Finally we got up to our room around 4:15. We came from NY on an early flight, we’re not even offered to go use the pool, bottled water, NOTHING except to hold our luggage from the man at the front desk. I expect more from Marriott and I book through ******* all the time! Highly disappointed. If they knew they were going to have a lot of people checking in today they should not have allowed so many late check outs!

This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.

The staff at the Courtyard by Marriot Miami Beach - South Beach made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. I wnjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and is centrally located, close to the beach, and ample dining and shopping locations. No car needed, everything you need is walkable or a short Uber hop away.

We enjoyed this warm somewhat small hotel environment. Nice and easily accessible outdoor pool with cool floaties, food and drinks.The beach is quite nearby and chairs included. We’re sad to see that it will be closing at the end of March, to be expanded. Lots of restaurants , buses, a shopping mall within walking distance. The cleaning staff could do a more thorough job in the rooms. Fun bars and night clubs nearby too, and a botanical garden and Holocaust memorial

Checked in tonight & already booked somewhere else to stay. Stains all over the curtains, walls & flooring. Dust collecting under the curtains as well. Mould and rust littered through out the bathroom. Faucet/sink barely cleaned with facial hair clippings everywhere. Shower drain doesn’t drain at all. TV doesn’t work at all either.
Paid for a “4 star hotel”, would rather stay in a hostel somewhere.

I stayed here three nights in early December. I thought it was a good basic hotel. It was clean, I had a king size bed even though I reserved a queen, and it was right in the middle of everything I wanted to be at. Clean but small bathroom, that's fine. They do not have microwaves available at all for guests, either in the rooms or at the front desk, which I found to be inconvenient, almost every hotel I stay at nowadays has a microwave to warm up takeout restaurant food.The Front Desk person was very nice. I would stay here again.

Walked in for breakfast in a Sunday morning around 8:30 am. The patio was already full so we sat inside. Service was excellent and so was the coffee. I had the avocado toast and a side of scrambled eggs. Eggs were the best I’d had for breakfast my entire trip. The avocado toast was SO GOOD and I’d definitely order it again if I go back.

Pretty easily the best brunch location in South Beach. Saturday is busiest, with a wait time of up to 30 minutes, but there are parlour games while you wait and the food is worth it. Try the chicken satay omelet!! Beware, prices may be a bit higher than a standard breakfast on the strip, however.

Decent place to have breakfast. The service is fast and the line moves quickly. At the northern part of Ocean Drive, it's a good place to grab a bite before an art deco stroll.

While visiting Miami for the weekend, I tried this place and it was really great! The portions were big but the food was light so it didn't make me feel like I ate too much. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back in the future!

Delicious breakfast foods served all day. I recommend the French toast - the orange zest gives it such a lovely flavor. I also suggest happy hour for half off drinks from 4-7pm. Our server was Stefan - he was so sweet & appropriately attentive. Will be back for sure.

Nicole Octavia or whatever her name is is the absolute worst. I came into the store and ordered a $7 salad, I asked her for a cup of water and she said she was out of complimentary cups. I advised her I really needed just a cup and I could drink it in front of her but she advised I would have to pay a full drink price for the cup of WATER. As a corporation, you are legally required to provide a source of WATER to a customer. She did not suggest one. She refused.
Of all the times I have purchased from subway, I have never dealt with someone as disgusting as her.
Her persona and presence just told me she didn't value or want this job.
