Villa Italia in Miami Beach

My mom and I stayed at Villa Italia a few weeks ago and had the best stay! The owner, Oscar, and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable! We had a few questions and needed assistance with a few things the first night and the owner made a point to call us promptly the next morning to make sure everything was thoroughly addressed. David and Maude were so incredibly kind and cheerful everyday that we saw them, which was a highlight! The location is awesome, close to the beach and also lots of cafes and restaurants! Great walkability and felt safe too. If you're looking for something economical and lowkey/easy, this is a great spot! We will gladly return. They also have sister properties, which was nice to know for next time!

It was a family trip, and my son loved the place. It's a very quiet, family-friendly place, the people are very kind and caring. We had a great experience and felt comfortable during our stay. My child loved the beach toys. They have umbrellas and chairs for the beach, and it's a beautiful Miami Beach.

A magnificent gem in Miami Beach's most coveted neighborhood. You can park your car, relax on the beach, dine at the most exclusive beachfront restaurants, and then return to the hotel for a good night's sleep. The building has 12 rooms and one villa, without the crazy traffic that will keep you awake. Love it! The staff will do everything possible to make you feel like a home away from home 😊.

A wonderful spot to experience Miami Beach on foot. It's perfect for morning walks by the beach. The location is ideal with quiet residential streets, and walkable north to Lincoln Road for shopping and south toward South Pointe for great lobster tacos. Krsto was great and incredibly helpful, especially when our plans changed and he helped us extend our stay.

Okay I cant say enough great things about this place. Location: amazing, quiet, SECURE, and walkable to everything. Cleanliness: also amazing! Im a bit of a germophobe so I LOVED this place. Staff: extremely responsive! My husband left his carry on luggage (do not get me started) and they helped facilitate a pickup and shipping we had arranged. Talk about above and beyond!!! They helped us store our luggage until check in, texted me when the room was ready (early i may add) and were overall just a really nice group of people. If you have a bad experience here is is definitely your own fault not theirs. ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Villa Italia Hotel and the incredible manager, Oscar. The location couldn’t be more convenient — just steps from everything in South Beach — yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it such an easy place to unwind after a day out.

What really sets this hotel apart is the guest service. The team (especially Oscar!) goes above and beyond — they message regularly to check in, offer help with anything you need, and genuinely make you feel taken care of. It’s rare to find this kind of hospitality in Miami!

I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Beach.

I stayed at Villa Italia for three days and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a great stay.

The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need—an amazingly comfortable bed, a safe, mini fridge, blow dryer, and even an iron/steamer. The attention to detail in presentation (like the neatly rolled towels) really made it feel welcoming. It’s the perfect space whether you’re traveling for leisure or business.

Before my trip, I noticed a few reviews mentioning noise, so I was a little nervous. But my stay was completely peaceful—I didn’t have any disruptions during the day or at night. It was quiet, restful, and I slept better than I expected!

A special shoutout to Oscar from the management team—he was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of hospitality made my experience even better.

Overall, Villa Italia exceeded my expectations. I left already knowing this will be my go-to spot whenever I visit Miami again!!!

Great relaxing stay, I had a great time, quiet room and equally A/C. Spacious and clean room has a smart TV with my Netflix account and Google Home. Staff 10 and praise, Jairo is truly a gem of recommending restaurants, tours, places to visit in Miami and more. Excellent price quality. I forgot, they also have a valet parking service.

Perfect place! Very convenient and close to the beach and all interesting places. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ludovika went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and quickly responded to my questions and requests. I look forward to coming back and staying at Villa Italia again soon!

The staff is very attentive, the hotel is very clean! Customer service was A1! Good size room! WiFi was great! Location is good, beach, food and shops! I definitely recommend this hotel!
