Beautiful property. Check in / first impressions were a bit rough though. Stingy amount of towels for a “luxury suite.” Literally only 6 hangars. And just two pods of coffee. Plus, the front desk manager who checked is in said while we were at dinner at the hotel restaurant that the sofa bed would be made up for our son. Nope. Called down for bedding. Nope. Had to call again and finally…yep. Also, didn’t get our ******* VIP coupon until the next day. Would have come in handy at dinner the night before. But Tammy and Liser at the restaurant were wonderful. As was the food. The pool is lovely and the room and facility was clean. Valet parking / greeters were also very nice. Mixed bag, but would stay here again. Management…see above for opportunities for improvement.

We stayed in a suite on the Pool Level, with direct access to the pool. Only they forgot to mention that the pool was under repair, the pool area was closed.

Beautiful hotel super clean!
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stunning views. Extremely clean rooms. Our room had an air purifier in it, and a filter on the shower head. Happy hour for drinks 5-7pm half off. Hot tub and pool were amazing. a At the bar by the pool a younger gentleman made me one of the best mojitos I’ve ever had. Super fresh. Great experience.

I have been going to the Hyatt for the last 3 months for a professional event with my B and I group I'm happy to say that the hotel keeps the highest standard for us and our group very early in the morning. We love this hotel venue and will never consider changing.

Located right on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. Good management staff at this location & friendly wait staff. Can be very busy during breakfast & lunch. Serves food 24 hours a day. Dedicated parking lot reserved for patron parking only.

This place is unprofessional!!! As soon as you walk in they will give you attitude! Don't even dare to ask the wait time because they will tell you they don't know because people are eating..HELLO NO DUHHHH THATS WHY IM HERE TOO. After waiting approximately 10 min they want to sit us (party of 5) in a booth so we get a chair from the table that is dirty across from us they say we can't do that. All of this with an attitude from two waitress one the name of Ruth other one I don't know. It end they pulled the manager to side and complain about us when 10 min they could have cleaned a table and made everything way easier. Sad part I live 2 min away and I will never go there again I didn't even get to eat there of how upsetting their customers service is.

We have come to this place several times and it is always the same. Today 8/26 we waited to be seated for 10 minutes. After that, we had to say "hello" and the red hair waitress said to wait. Kinda rude! I come to this place to spend my money for food and great service at least, but so messy and disrespectful.
You should be careful in how to treat the customer. At the end, we left. Never coming back here again.

I looked the other way the first time...today again the delivery person "claimed to have no change". It won't happen to me again.

The very night I posted this review, I was contacted by the "new" owner who beyond having to deal with the ridiculous and never ending construction on Miracle Mile; must implement his level of customer service on existing employees. I appreciate his stepping up.

Horrible pizza just delivered. Cold, hard, hardly any ingredients, delivery took an hour and a half, said it would take 45 minutes. Delivery guy didn’t care.

They messed up my order completely and then the "new" owner had the audacity to get on the phone and make it seem like it was my fault that the order was messed up!!! He spoke to me like I was a child and I was the one who messed up my order. Customer service is definitely lacking from the owner. I will never go back and will be in touch with corporate on Monday.

Ate here with our 2 children and sitter. We were travelling from WI. It was a few days away from our daughter's 11th birthday. They decorated our table with confetti and she even got a free dessert. They made it very special for our kids..they had so much fun! The food was great..bill high as expected ! We enjoyed filet, crab legs, chicken and several desserts. All was delicious and the staff was amazing with our children! Glad we ate here.
