We’re repeat guests at InterContinental at Doral Miami and it’s always a great stay. The Club Level amenities are one of our favorite parts, and Fernando in the Club Lounge is the best—always attentive, friendly, and makes our visits feel special. Conrad at the front desk is also fantastic and always takes great care of us. Thank you for the great experience!

Diamond ambassador here. I chose this hotel because I just wanted to get away, be low-key, unwind, get a tan, workout, and just reset. I spent a week here. I ate multiple times in their restaurant, ranging from breakfast to dinner, and was always pleased.

The servers were eager to serve, the housekeepers did a great job and were grateful for their tips, and anytime I had an issue, when I reached out, it was immediately rectified.

My status was truly valued here, and of note were Corina in her handling a situation I had excellently, and Janiselle, who was an angel. Conrad was also very accommodating. The property staff is truly top-notch.

The pool was exactly what I wanted. Not cheap or tacky, accessible 24/7, heated, and the sun was not blocked by any nearby buildings. The weight room was excellent, much better than the weight rooms of most hotels. I just have one recommendation about the lounge, and that is to have a little more than lays chips and granola bars at the time of afternoon tea. Maybe I’m too used to the lounge experiences I had in Japan.

The rooms are getting renovated in this property and I’m sure I’ll come back to stay in a first floor room sometime in the future. Until then, I was impressed with this property and would most certainly recommend it for a plethora of reasons: amenities, staff, location, and overall quality.

Staying here for business. The check in process was seamless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They do have a well stocked mini bar with snacks and room service is available and has a wide offering of selections. The on-site restaurant/bar is also excellent. Just note that you do have to pay for parking. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay that is conveniently located near MIA.

Our first visit in Miami with our daughter. We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. The restaurant and their professional services were to our liking .Fernando, was exceptionally good with his services at the lounge. He even made sure there were vegetarian food options in the food selection as we had some dietary restrictions.The amenities at the hotel were good for our stay. The overall hospitality extended by the hotel staff is appreciated. We would love to come back again.

The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom — especially the shower — was immaculate and of top quality.

One thing that really stood out: this hotel doesn’t have that unpleasant “hotel smell” you often find elsewhere. Everything felt genuinely fresh and clean.

I also appreciated the in-room espresso maker, which was fantastic. The safety system for doors and elevators was excellent — access is restricted to digital key holders only, which made me feel secure.

Small touches like the water dispenser with iced, freshly cut oranges at the entrance truly elevate the experience — details like that make a big difference.

And finally, the breakfast deserves special mention: it was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

We stayed here after a cruise.
Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea.
We had breakfast in the club lounge.
It was very delicious.
They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did.
It's a very nice hotel.

My favorite Sushi Sake of all of Miami. They always make the fried rice fresh and amazing. I either order the chicken or shrimp Teryaki. It's always delicious, I absolutely love this place.

Very good food and service. I enjoyed absolutely everything we ordered, which is rarely the case with me and Japanese restaurants (usually SOMETHING is off). They even made a custom sushi roll for my husband that turned out awesome, and we had one of the best waitresses I have ever witnessed. Would certainly return.

Worst food I've ever eaten. First of all the atmosphere makes you feel more like a fast food restaurant, it took forever for us to get attended to, the food cost around 30 dollars. You can get a better meal at Panda Express for a fraction of the cost. The portions were small and honestly the food and drinks tasted the same as what my 12 years old sister cooks. My sister can't cook.

Very good sushi. Professional staff. Many different options and even a kids menu. I had dynamite roll and seaweed salad. Wife had different rolls and all were very good. Big rolls and salad portions. I will return again with my family.

Always a great experience so far. Staff is very helpful and quick to attend. Even with the morning Rush the lines move quickly. I eat here almost every morning

Very clean and fast....downside no English speaking staff. A staff member called out in Spanish hot chocolate and the man that ordered spoke english and was clueless, i speak both so I told him that was his drink. The staff member rolled her eyes like it was his fault for not understanding. Would be nice if they at least tried to communicate in english.

Coffee refill is $1.59 when in other Dunkin' Donuts it's $1.08. When explained this to the employee she just said "this is a franchise, everyone sets their own prices, here it is $1.59. I thought franchise meant being equal across the nation. As a consumer I also have the choice not to come back and buy at this "franchise". That was their last sale to me. Not because the price but their attitude.

The worst experience ever!!! We waited inside for 40 minutes, with a skeleton crew of four non English speaking employees!!! They were all very nice, however, obviously all were inexperienced and we're trying to do their best, they were all very apologetic. The young lady who is upper management told me she was doing the best she could under the circumstances. When I asked her about the store manager she replied, "sorry she's getting her nails done and has advised me she can't come into the store and help us!"

They are starting to hire employees who do not speak English nor understand it. The managers seem not to care about customer service. They witness myself and a new employee struggling to communicate and need nothing until I became frustrated.

The lines are CRAZY. Staff was quick and the food is good. But there's MOSQUITOS. AND FLYS JUST FLYING ALL AROUND PEOPLE WHO ARE EATING. That's disgusting. Never again will I come here.
