Hotels on first line in Miami

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time

Great hotel, had everything we needed and close to the main Brickell ***** and mall - didn’t get to try the pool but looked nice

The receptionists and the rest of the service staff were very friendly and supportive. Our third-floor beachfront room had a balcony with a spectacular view of the pool area, the bay, and the sunrise

Good hotel, great location. The only downside was how long it took to get my deposit back—a whole month! Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon

Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy

Very very good, the rooftop pool is also great

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Good hotel but location is not good if you want to beach side , not recommend if come here for vacation

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet. Only 2 receptionists and long queues

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced

Hotel is a little dated, but the rooms & lobby are clean & nice. Staff is very attentive when a problem arises & also very courteous. A great customer service experience overall.

Location was great.walking distance to beach and city center. Wholefood is right next door.  But the hotel itself is very basic.

 You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe

Hotel prices for food and drink are redicilous so we ate out all the time. In the sticks a bit so be prepared for walks and Ubers! Hotel pool is very dirty. The Rooms are what make this place so lovely

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this hotel, and everything was beautiful. The venue was elegant, the staff was friendly, and the event was very well organized

Great hotel in a great location. Lobby and rooftop were beautiful. Rooms were stylish, a bit dimly lit. Very cool place. Wait for breakfast was absurd, and service was a bit iffy.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US)

I enjoy the location, staff and cleanliness of the property. The valet staff are always quick and helpful.

The location, decor of the hotel were great! I had a room with a water view….walkable to downtown Coconut Grove . Definitely an affordable place to stay in a 5 star location!!

Overall very good stay at good price. Pool and cabanas are lovely, friendly accommodating staff. Convenient walking distance to Yacht Clubs and downtown Coconut Grove

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and night life. The room was very clean and had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but OK

Outstanding place to stay for Opti regattas as walkable to regatta park, area is safe and can walk to a multitude of restaurants. The only issue I have is breakfast

The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive but the food was really good, so that’s fine if you stay there just for a night or two. They have a really nice gym with lots of things for workouts, really nice

Also their mini market offers a good selection if you are just looking for a snack. I will definitely book it again the next time I need a hotel just for a night in Miami

I came to this hotel when I was attending a conference in this location. I had nice time staying here. The staff were awesome and all the services were great. Keep it up guys! I highly recommend.

A bit dated hotel with a perfect location if you are looking for a hotel close to MIA airport. They have a free shuttle service to the airport that goes every 15min

The rooms are clean and have everything you need even if everything is a bit older, it’s still good

Since we were checking out in 2 hours we chose to use the lobby restroom then shower and check out

WHEN WE REQUESTED FRESH TOWELS, THEY BROUGHT THEM TO THE ROOM AND THEY WERE WARM!! WE ALSO ASKED FOR WATERS AND THEY COMPTED THEM FOR US AFTER A LONG NIGHT AT A FAMILY WEDDING. ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH.

My Room was Beautiful, bed so comfortable. Pool was a vibe and the staff was top tier. My overall experience was 100 % I will be back in the near future.

The new person offered us free parking in exchange for the waiting time which was really nice and night and day from the first person we dealt with

I asked the person behind the front desk to call me if the room would be ready early and she said that it would be a $50 fee

We came back at 4PM and a different person behind the counter said that the room still wasn't ready and it would be 5PM

Be sure to book the Airbnb side because if u book a room for the hotel you will be paying a daily parking rate of $40 per day at the hotel or hourly parking

We book this beautiful hotel for one night on Thanksgiving weekend. You will get proper downtown vibe. There is pool on top floor, also has hot/cold spa pool. And sauna spa available 24hour. I highly recommend this hotel

We got a family day pass so we just used the pool and fitness facilities. The pools were really nice - and very clean. The gym is fantastic and the spa amenities were an added bonus

Definitely not built with an older guest in mind. The balcony was filthy, with an old crummy couch and a tiny table. The pool area is nice but currently inundated by chunks of concrete from the nearby construction

Check-in was seamless, and I even got a complimentary upgrade

I wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a review for this hotel because my stay was truly amazing!!! I stayed here over my birthday weekend, and from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed so warmly by Kate and Emily at the front desk

Same for the bathroom - with its 1" sink basin, and a sliding glass door that will either close the shower stall or give you privacy on the toilet. It looks kinda cool but so inefficient (Who designed that lol)

And again the mattress is trash Pool is small Pool food is not good and overpriced No lunch place except the pool and the menu isn’t very good for lunch Rooms need some snacks or a snack shop the premise would be nice

It's very nice hotel only one small comment its difficult to reach your room You need two different elevators in different area . But all are great

Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins

However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good

After communication between Ctrip, the front desk and the restaurant, this problem was solved. The restaurant environment is very clean and of a certain grade

Close to American airlines arena, right across from great shopping mall, which has fun things to do like boat rides (I would suggest going on the thriller speedboat), also great restaurants near by! Roomwise, it was great, it had comfortable beds, room service, great breakfast downstairs

Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to the free Mover station, which makes it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting to the airport. They also offer free luggage storage

Very accesible, especially if you're coming from the port via a cruise ship. The lobby is spacious and very modern looking. The rooms on the other hand are a bit outdated and need some attention

The service is great and everyone is very nice and eager to help. Overall, I've really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn at the Port of Miami

Good location, close to Port Miami, opposite bayside Market and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop outside the hotel

The drawback was no kettle provided, not sure how the guest enjoyed the coffee and tea bags provided as per photo provided. We asked for the kettle but given two bottle water instead

Good location and renovated bathroom are the pluses of this hotel. However, amenities- and service-wise it should be a 3-star hotel at best, not 4-star

The moment you step into the lobby you experience a wonderful aroma. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were softer than clouds. It was hard to leave the bed, especially the last day

Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses. Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe

The restaurant guy (sorry, didn't get his name but he's from Barcelona) was respectful, super friendly and very polite. The valet parking guys go above and beyond and ensure your vehicle is ready when u get downstairs

A nice hotel in the downtown area, convenient for travel, and with good sanitation. The decor is consistent with the website photos.

The room was very nice and clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There were two heated pools, and two jacuzzis—one hot, one ice-cold. Cons: planes fly over the hotel, often very loudly

Also, when it's windy, it feels like you're inside a tin can—everything rattles. The soundproofing was very poor; you could hear your neighbors, the street, and so on

We asked reception to call us a taxi, and the driver charged us $200 for the 40-minute ride. We called an Uber back, and for the 1-hour-20-minute ride (due to traffic), they charged us $63

Great location to a short walk or ride to almost everything we wanted to do. Business or pleasure I'd stay again

Unfortunately there appears to be an issue with the Customer Service. I contacted the hotel three times via email to request folios for charges against the corporate card, and received no responses

I then called the hotel, waited for good ten minutes on hold, until someone just hung up! On that basis I will not be using this hotel again

The fact that so many good people work at the same hotel is unheard of around here. This is a young, fresh, and welcoming crew that is worth the price of the room alone

Decent room, good bathroom, tv and coffee maker - only booked for one night, very happy, second stay and would stay again.

The hotel and room were both very clean. The staff at the front desk and in the restuarant area and bar were very friendly and accomodating

I especially like that there is a store and CVS within walking distance or via the trolley. One night stay before a cruise

Staff very attentive. Shower didn’t work temporary repair made before relocation to a different room.

Breakfast is simple. Parking costs 30 dollars + 8%. The air conditioner can't cool down.

The fountain going up and down the stairs was very nice. The inside mall had everything that was needed that the guests forgot. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean

Came for a conference and was able to promptly check in. I was given a room upgrade, and it turned out instead of my room with double beds, I got a two bedroom suite overlooking Biscayne Bay

Note though that this hotel is under heavy construction. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge in itself, although they had staff pointing you in the right direction from the outside

They say you get free breakfast but it's a ticket that gives you $8 off per person for a meal that's no least than $16 per person. BUT you can use those tickets in 3 of their restsraunt For breakfast lunch or dinner

Then you have to go through an indoor mall to find the lobby. Getting to my room required changing elevators twice, and I got lost my first time

The upgrade was a nice bonus, although the room had been renovated, the renovation was not done top-notch. But the view and ease of access to everything I needed for my trip definitely made up for it

Everyone was very friendly and our time at the hotel was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We were here for a few days of our honeymoon and the treatment of the employees was charming. A very good point is the breakfast offered by the hotel, it's worth it. The rooms clean, good atmosphere

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge

Concierge gave us good recommendations on restaurants and Donel at the front desk always has a smile on his face and checks in with you

The hotel is quite old, but the location in the city center is very convenient, both the subway and the bus are nearby

The space was visibly worn and poorly maintained—not the quality one expects given the hotel's rates and reputation. Within three minutes of entering, we made the decision that the room wasn't suitable for our stay

We returned to the front desk, politely explained our concerns, returned the room key, and left. We understood and accepted that our prepayment was non-refundable—we asked for nothing back and caused no issues

Beach Haus continues to be our go-to option when staying on Key Biscayne. Always clean, well maintained and pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach as well as markets and restaurants

The unit we stayed seemed to be brand new! the sticker was still on the stove. I loved how clean and modern it was and the location was very centrally located in Key Biscayne

I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

Apparently the agent who was dealing with the booking was on leave (!?), and had not handed over the guest information to the relevant team. So for the price, very substandard service
