And again the mattress is trash Pool is small Pool food is not good and overpriced No lunch place except the pool and the menu isn’t very good for lunch Rooms need some snacks or a snack shop the premise would be nice

It's very nice hotel only one small comment its difficult to reach your room You need two different elevators in different area . But all are great

Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins

However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good

It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA

After communication between Ctrip, the front desk and the restaurant, this problem was solved. The restaurant environment is very clean and of a certain grade

There was a small misunderstanding with one of the front desk agents, Lucas, regarding an additional night’s reservation I made through *******

During my stay, I also had the pleasure of dining at Isabelle’s Restaurant, where Franklin, my server, delivered top-tier service

Everything was amazing from the food to my rooms view. All of the employees were extremely accommodating. My only complaint is that the pool area closes at 7 and the bar closes rather early (11 I believe)

The staff was always ready to help. Room was 10/10 with everything we needed already there. The shower was a blast and had a great view too. Pool closed a little early but everything else was top notch

The pool area was my favorite! We stayed on the 15th floor in a poolside room. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Miami

I stayed at the ME London and loved it. We had a superior room on the pool floor. But sadly beside the size of the room there was not much superior about it. There were stains on the floor and at the walls

We had a room facing the bay and even though it was a bit noisy, we still slept like babies!! Room service is so good! I know where I am staying on my next visit! The ME in Miami!

The customer service was absolutely on point. We were treated with respect and attentiveness! The facility and amenities were very nice and clean

The balcony was absolutely huge with excellent views of the city. The Italian restaurant and bar just off the lobby (Fi'lia) had wonderful food, drinks and service. I can't speak highly enough of the staff

Our stay at the SLS Brickell was due to our flight(s) being canceled by our airline after our cruise (I believe that I read that more than 10,000 flights were canceled nationwide that weekend)

The Miami city tours in the red bus is just opposite the hotel just 2 minutes walk. 2 Indian restaurants are wishing 10 minutes of walking from hotel. Good coty view from The hotel

Very accesible, especially if you're coming from the port via a cruise ship. The lobby is spacious and very modern looking. The rooms on the other hand are a bit outdated and need some attention

The service is great and everyone is very nice and eager to help. Overall, I've really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn at the Port of Miami

Good location, close to Port Miami, opposite bayside Market and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop outside the hotel

The drawback was no kettle provided, not sure how the guest enjoyed the coffee and tea bags provided as per photo provided. We asked for the kettle but given two bottle water instead

The 8th floor pool deck had a great view, accommodated good swimming, sun bathing and relaxation. Staff was friendly and quick in attendance to service. Couldn't say more about the property and staff

The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight for us. It was perfect for us to go to between South Beach party life and then go back to our hotel for peace and relax. They do have refrigerators in every room but NO MICROWAVE

The hours for the pool and jacuzzi are sunrise and sunset. It does get annoying to have to use your room key on the elevator just to go from floor to floor. They should change that for real

Great section of Miami to stay, close to boutique restaurants/shops a large park the marina and over looked the ocean. Room bed and bedding was the most comfortable that we had on the trip

They don’t have a public microwave either to warm up your leftovers. I didn’t like that at all which forces you spend money for every single meal. We rented a car and parking every night is 50 bucks with taxes and fees

A nice hotel in the downtown area, convenient for travel, and with good sanitation. The decor is consistent with the website photos.

Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses. Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe

Except for the old facilities, everything else is very good, recommended

The location is good and bad. It is near the government center transfer station and the shops near the old town close very early. It is very close to the cruise terminal.

Decent room, good bathroom, tv and coffee maker - only booked for one night, very happy, second stay and would stay again.

Those that follow us across Social Media, blogs, and written publications from Miami to Toronto to Paris know that our home and offices were destroyed in Hurricane Irma back in September of 2017

The hotel and room were both very clean. The staff at the front desk and in the restuarant area and bar were very friendly and accomodating

From the managers, to security, to the front desk crew, to the lovely people that clean our rooms; They are always friendly, vibrant, full of conversation, and go above & beyond to make guests feel like they are at home

People may have different standards for how they like their rooms, but if anyone says anything less than ‘the staff is stellar’, just disregard. People like this are hard to find in Miami

The fountain going up and down the stairs was very nice. The inside mall had everything that was needed that the guests forgot. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean

Came for a conference and was able to promptly check in. I was given a room upgrade, and it turned out instead of my room with double beds, I got a two bedroom suite overlooking Biscayne Bay

Note though that this hotel is under heavy construction. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge in itself, although they had staff pointing you in the right direction from the outside

They say you get free breakfast but it's a ticket that gives you $8 off per person for a meal that's no least than $16 per person. BUT you can use those tickets in 3 of their restsraunt For breakfast lunch or dinner

Then you have to go through an indoor mall to find the lobby. Getting to my room required changing elevators twice, and I got lost my first time

The upgrade was a nice bonus, although the room had been renovated, the renovation was not done top-notch. But the view and ease of access to everything I needed for my trip definitely made up for it

The Four Seasons has all the other amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel in the middle of Miami. Just be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for all this

I had breakfast and then went to my spa, thinking about what to do after lunch, room service perfect and nothing was missing. On the way out, the butler brought me my red Lamborghini, and I left happy

Only reason I took off a star was because even for a high end vacation city, things like room service and inroom bar are high priced. $12 for a glass of wine from a plastic bottle etc

Very friendly staff willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. Unlike many other upscale Miami hotels, they do not foster a party-like atmosphere, which is great

Nothing worse than hearing loud party music wherever you go. Their facilities are top notch and all inclusive. The Equinox gym is huge and well equipped

We were here for a few days of our honeymoon and the treatment of the employees was charming. A very good point is the breakfast offered by the hotel, it's worth it. The rooms clean, good atmosphere

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge

Concierge gave us good recommendations on restaurants and Donel at the front desk always has a smile on his face and checks in with you

The hotel is quite old, but the location in the city center is very convenient, both the subway and the bus are nearby

The staff took great care of everyone and was very friendly. I didn't try the food but it looked great and I didn't hear any complaints. Bartenders did a wonderful job as well. The location of the hotel is great too

Then book your stay in this civilized little piece of Coconut Grove history, 20 minutes to Wynwood Walls, a few minutes more to the madness & glory of art deco South Beach, and even closer to Little Havana

Very nice hotel with all the amenities I needed. Room, bed and bathroom were super clean. Staff was courteous and helpful with their every move. We felt secure and had so much fun in this Hotel! Would recommend :)

I was just here for an evening corporate event for a few hours. Didn't get to see anything other than the ground floor and the pool deck, but everything was great

Near to plenty of things to do, eat, etc. I'd check out the rooms if I was in the area again

The variety of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment within a few blocks is great. I enjoyed the gym and jacuzzi. The bar and reataurant in the lobby overlook the pool and garden
