I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this hotel, and everything was beautiful. The venue was elegant, the staff was friendly, and the event was very well organized. A special thank you to Miguel from valet parking—he was incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient. He made arriving and leaving so easy with his excellent service. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Only good things I can say about this hotel is that the rooms are very spacious and the location is good. Now for the negatives:

No in-room dining for breakfast, room decor is very unattractive;, rooms are very dark - we had to request additional lamps for the room; no closet; rooms were not cleaned for two days in a row and the Manager did not offer any compensation for it; rooms are very loud - we could hear all the goings on with our neighbors and in the atrium; elevators are slow and unreliable. Service was lacking - especially for the price. Will NEVER stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful. You can notice the pool is old but it was clean. We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe.
All in all it was a beautiful two days and I would return.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US).
Each night you stay, you get two drink coupons (we were given four for our two-night stay) that you can redeem for cocktails at the rooftop bar.

Great hotel in a great location. Lobby and rooftop were beautiful. Rooms were stylish, a bit dimly lit. Very cool place. Wait for breakfast was absurd, and service was a bit iffy.

There are no slippers, toothbrushes or cups in the room. I contacted the waiter to deliver them. It took two hours and only slippers were delivered. The room has poor lighting and smells musty. The floor is also averagely clean.

When checking out, I was told that each room would be charged a 50 USD negotiation fee. The location, sanitation, etc. were not worth it. I was speechless.

Room is refurbished with nice decor , spacious and well maintained. Location is great with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Good place to hang out.. however the benches are not so comfortable and if you are thinking about staying for a long time your back will hurt.. hookah is good but pricey in my opinion, not a big variety of drinks.. it's an okay place to chill

This hookah lounge is terrible! Flavor was nasty, the shisha was burning and all the employees put their mouths on the hoses with no tips. Disgusting and unsanitary!!!

Drinks were strong and affordable, $40 for the "VIP section" which included a few raggedy and uncomfortable velvet chairs, no AC, a decent hookah and one refill. We didn't need the refill because the hookah lasted almost three hours so that was nice but I didn't love the hookah because I tasted coconut but we ordered strawberry mint or something. The hummus is not something I would recommend. Also, gratuity is automatically added but there is a line to add another tip. If you choose to tip twice that's cool, just be aware that a tip is already factored into your total. I've found this is common here in Miami.

Great place to chill. Good atmosphere. Haven't tried the food. I would give it more stars but it is way too overpriced for what I'm used to.

We walked in pretty late (12:30 on a rainy Tuesday) and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Service was great, tried strawberry mint hookah for the first time and loved it! Will definitely return.

This is the worst Subway I have been to. All the veggies were old and brown, there was guacamole that was completely brown. Nothing was fresh and the place was dirty. We should not have eaten there but we were in a hurry, but my stomach was upset for the rest of the day and I definitely regretted it.

Wanted to get a sub after working a long shift at work at 11:30. Posted sign says it closes at midnight. Would not acknowledge my presence at the door even though they were still supposed to be open. Never returning to this unprofessional location

Maybe in it’s day this place was good but now nearing the beginning of 2018 it really doesn’t live up to it’s reviews. The rolls were extremely Americanized (ie. no raw fish, cream cheese, imitation krab etc.). The atmosphere was awful it felt like I was walking into a bar that so happens to sell sushi (there were 2 neon lights for bud light and some other brand). There was more filler used than fish and they cut the sushi extremely thin so they could advertise that the sushi was 10-14 pieces when they SHOULD be 6-8. When I asked for eel sauce they gave me “eel sauce” which tasted like pure maple syrup. The only reason I’m not giving this place 1 star is because the dumpling were delicious and in the very few pieces of fish I had they were of solid quality. Very disappointing.
