I stayed at the ME London and loved it. So I had high expectations. We had a superior room on the pool floor. But sadly beside the size of the room there was not much superior about it. There were stains on the floor and at the walls. We never received our status welcome gift. (In London we received a bottle of wine and a cheese platter) And one day we didn’t receive new towels.
But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Really nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the ocean. Excellent staff.. Can't wait to return on my next trip

I love the Melia in Miami and their staff! Victor is the best and everyone there made our experience so pleasurable. We had a room facing the bay and even though it was a bit noisy, we still slept like babies!! Room service is so good! I know where I am staying on my next visit! The ME in Miami!

Loved it. The staff was always ready to help. Room was 10/10 with everything we needed already there. The shower was a blast and had a great view too. Pool closed a little early but everything else was top notch. Great location to a short walk or ride to almost everything we wanted to do. Business or pleasure I'd stay again.

The hotel is beautiful. Very luxurious and clean. The only issue that I has is that the bed is a bit on the hard side. Overall, a great experience at an unbeatable location.

Everything was amazing from the food to my rooms view. All of the employees were extremely accommodating. My only complaint is that the pool area closes at 7 and the bar closes rather early (11 I believe). Other than that, an amazing stay and I could see myself coming back.

The customer service was absolutely on point. We were treated with respect and attentiveness! The facility and amenities were very nice and clean. The pool area was my favorite! We stayed on the 15th floor in a poolside room. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Miami.

The staff was superior. Deco was very modern and classy. The rooms were very clean. I will def. stay with ME more often. Absolutely loved it. My sister and I always go to Miami for weekend getaways and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. The view is phenomenal, from the bay to the Frost Museum to the AAA arena and overall city view. Amazing time! Thank you staff for making us feel comfortable and for being so kind.

This hotel was great. We checked in with complimentary champaign. The atmosphere was gorgeous and the rooms were spacious. The price was not bad at all but room service is a bit expensive.
