The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Is was horrible they had nothing no chips 1 bread only white no cheese what the heck she put chicken in half the breed only she redid it and missed up again ot was horrible

They came to our office and dropped their ads. I called to place an order and the phone was disconnected.

They overcharged me. When I noticed the discrepancy between my receipt and credit card bill, I immediately called the restaurant. I have talked with several people, but no one can help me. I called every day for a week straight. I am not impressed at all, and I will never dine here again.
