Clarion Inn Orlando International Drive - Icon Park in Orlando

I've been to Brick House before and their burgers are good, not great, so this time I tried the chicken salad and bison burger to go. When I opened the box no chicken on the salad and the salad was all yellow and white iceburg lettuce. It looked like the lettuce from a store bag, not fresh and completely ugly. I had asked the server to hold the mayo but they missed that too. So I called the restaurant up to explain my situation and Ashley said she would take care of it. Well that didn't happen and I can't recommend this place due to the low quality of food and poor customer service.

Having family for the holiday! Walked in to the restaurant at about 3:30 in the afternoon to find it not even half full. We were told we would have a 30 minute wait. Asked if we would like to speak to management. He walked out of the kitchen and said...you got a question? He said he only had 1 server. Did not apologize. Nothing! Very poor management!

Good steaks. Zero beer selection. Rubber glove in salad. I wish I was making this up. They have a sears wishbook size wine menu but only 2 drafts and a few can/bottles of beer. I ordered one of the local brewers knowing they might be out so I requested another as a backup. Turns out they had neither. The waiter brought a shot of one of the draft selections, which was lovely. I ordered the offering and had another as we ate. Someone in our party then found a whole white rubber glove in the bottom of her salad. Much apologies later, we were presented with our steaks (yes we stayed). The steaks themselves were awesome. I ordered another draft and this one looked/smelled/tasted different. The waiter reacted with surprise but then explained they ran out of the other in the same sentence. ??? I have eaten here a few times but this time was just strange. I would expect this from a chain sit down restaurant but a place with $$$ aged steaks? Cmon man. At least they comped the glove salad.

The waitress was lazy. She didn't want to split the check. She handed our check to the birthday person, which was rude and inconsiderate. They upcharged several items and falsely represented the way items were presented. I've had better experiences and better food for less at Capital Grille and Moxie Kitchen and Cocktails. The wait staff was mildly apologetic, but made us feel like an inconvenience. I will never step foot in this establishment again.
