The manager crystal who i found out isn’t actually the manager was extremely rude when I informed her that she didn’t have any paper towels or soap in the main bathroom she said it’s because they were busy. I informed her about the stains and rips in the blanket and she said that’s all they have. She told me I could check out if I didn’t like it. A few days later after begging for them to clean the room. I return to my room clean but door left open. After i voiced my frustration i was asked to leave the hotel. Crazy this place is still in business! Needs to be shut down

The first room initially appeared clean and in decent condition. However, the beds were extremely squeaky—though I will say my autistic son actually found that part entertaining.

The major issue occurred when we were returning to our car from the fourth floor. We got into the elevator, and it immediately broke down on the third floor. I pressed the emergency button multiple times with no response. Eventually, I was able to call the lobby. Over the next 30 minutes, they repeatedly reset the elevator’s power, which left us—myself and my two children—sitting in complete darkness each time it shut off. It was a very stressful and frightening experience. A maintenance worker finally arrived and manually forced the door open to get us out.

Afterward, we were moved to a first-floor room, though initially I was told I could simply use a different elevator. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issues. The bathroom door was off its track and would not close properly. The beds were again extremely squeaky, and there was a broken floor tile with sharp, exposed ceramic edges.

To add to the frustration, when we requested clean towels, we were told housekeeping had not washed any that day, so none were available.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning stay, especially with children involved.

The hotel is in an excellent location, but that’s where the positives end. My room was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible grime and roach sightings. Staff were polite but it didn’t make up for the hygiene issues. Not acceptable for the price — I wouldn’t stay here again. It's a roach motel, health department will be contacted, this place should be shutdown!

Where to start
As we were looking for something just to stay the night we came across this hotel they look nice. It was in a good location when we got there as we were on the elevator the elevator literally shut and almost slam my mom into it as we got stuck in the other side we call no one answer To get us out eventually, we had to open it by ourselves, being scared, not knowing if we try to open it would it slam back on our own hands. Anyways, we managed to get ourselves out didn’t use the elevator again as we got to the room, it was horrible. The walls, the trim the door . There was hair all over. It was a little hairs all over the sheets. They were stains all over the sheets. I couldn’t sleep thinking that something was on me. Crawl on me. Definitely should have a better cleaning ladies to do a better cleaning in the bathroom. There’s no reason why I should walk into the place where there’s hairs all over and not to mention as you want to go to sleep and all you see is dirty sheets with hair all over it. There’s just no excuse for the nastiness if I could give them a worst review than a one star I would.
