the room had a smell of sewage. the refrigerator, micro wave and the two bed lights were unplugged behind the bed. i had to find where the cords led to and plug them in , spray the room and keep the bathroom door closed to control the smell.. i have stayed in these motel several time and recommended it to my friend because it was a nice place and close to everything but now its tuned into the pits

Besides the super sketchy- slightly dilapidated property site, we found a couple
Cockroaches on the shower, the whole room smelled musty and moldy, we had someone try to enter our room shortly after arriving and in general the whole room left us concerned about bedbugs and our overall general safety. We were constantly worried about our car and it just didn’t feel inviting. The front desk manager was nice and very friendly when we arrived but that was about it.

Beware of Bed Bugs at This Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel in Orlando was unfortunately ruined by a pretty serious issue: bed bugs in the room. Out of the three of us staying there, I was the only one who ended up with bites, and some even got infected with pus.

I tried to get help from the hotel, but they didn’t respond properly. They even suggested that maybe I brought the bed bugs from somewhere else, and they refused to help us with laundry to handle the issue. I’m considering filing a formal complaint and seeking compensation for the medical care I needed.

In short, be very cautious if you plan to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it until they fix this problem.

The room wasn't in good conditions, it was a little dirty and had small roaches. The staff was good.

Well it is not in great shape. The staff were quite monotone and not overly friendly. And there is zero supervision for any sort of curfew. The music was Blairing and yelling and noisy. We were near the front. So 100% the front desk heard this as well. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location.

The only issue I have is the parking my room was at the other side off the parking because they don’t have in front of the room everything was good nice location.

Not the best stay, but i'm frugal and it was reasonible. I had to call and wait for someone to Check In. The remote did not have batteries and I had to walk down and get them. Plants growing in the gutter. Room was hot and smelly because they were not running th ac nor a fan. Room was a 2 on the clean close. Property needs a little tender care.

The room and hotel is bare bones, but that's fine for our purpose this time around. My biggest gripe? I've received more than 16 emails regarding this one night stay. It's excessive and unnecessary. It just crowds my inbox!

Very close to Old Town, which is a fun area to walk through. Tons of restaurants in the area and an amusement park. This was our second stay in one week because it is close to the hospital we needed to be seen at. Only gripe? The bedspread was quite soiled and should have been noticed. We stripped it off the bed and slept without it. The staff was apologetic when we told them about it.

I have been to many of the Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, and I have to say the staff here are the best. They are very friendly with a smile on their faces. Great customer service. Thanks to Brittany for helping us with our order and to Wendy. You two ladies are the best. They went out of their way to give both my husband and I great customer service.
We had gone to another Dunkin’ Donuts next to checkers at 1935 E Osceola pkwy, Buena Ventura lakes. The staff there was rude and very unprofessional. I will personally never go back to that one. Even if I have to drive a longer distance I would rather come to this Dunkin‘ Donuts across from fun spot. The staff here is really nice and take your order gladly.

Food was made fresh. It was very good. Ambiance is great. Very nice atmosphere. We ate at the bar area and James was an excellent server. He also rescues dogs. All around a good experience!!

Nice place with good food. Unfortunately staff was a bit of for the evening and didn't pay attention to us. First time drinking BudLight (I'm European), stay away from that beer, disgusting.

The food was the best we had in Florida!! We had 2 courses each with drinks and it came to around $60. Great value !! The service was great and it's very quaint inside; really authentic Italian.

My husband and I were greeted politely and seated by the hostess. We waited about 10 minutes. My husband asked the hostess if our waiter knew that he had new customers. My husband asked politely. The waiter came right out and said, "You will have to wait, sir." We stood to leave. The waiter said, "Fine" and proceeded to follow us out arguing at us. Could not believe that! Wow! Worst service ever. Will never go back. BTW...Little Italy restaurant was amazing.

The only restaurant in Orlando open with hurricane Irma coming. Yet we got there a couple minutes after they closed however they were extremely accommodating for a birthday and the food and service was excellent! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back next time we're in town!
