The nearest hotel to airport. Hotel is clean . However need to pay tax .

Took 40 mins for the shuttle to arrive, was given breakfast voucher but left too early the next morning.
WIFI was very unstable, which was incredibly frustrating.
The staff members were very nice, the room was old but very clean.
Ok for a sleep before you go to te airport next day.

Except for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. The choice of food for breakfast is very small. And it's either coffee (a very very bad one) or water (a very very small bottle). And then you are allowed to eat in the restaurant and you have to take away and eat in your room as there is no other places to eat. This breakfast is a joke :(

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. I saw a female staff member forcefully throw a guest's room card onto the floor during check-out, which left a very bad impression.

A little tired in terms of decor, but very nice and functional for a quick stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and definitely walking distance from the airport (15-20 minutes along a sidewalk the entire way)

It was a truly wonderful experience at the airport, with such friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling with my three children, and everyone was incredibly kind and supportive.

It was close to the airport BUT, sketchy, dodgy and slept with one eye open. What an awful part of town. Even didn’t feel safe swimming in the hotel pool. Such a shame. It did save us a commute from Honolulu to the airport before our flight.

near ITO airport, driving around 10min, walking almost 25min. some restaurants near the hotel, as well in the hotel lobby^^

Friendly and fast service. Free 2 hour parking with tenant validation. I agree with previous comment about parking being a bit of a hassle. Convenient location to HNL airport for a quick stop before your flight.

Larger location with friendly staff and consistent service. Good that it is next to a Starbucks so it is a one stop shop for drinks and snacks. Only downside is parking which is gate monitored and you need to remember to get validation for the ticket you get when you enter. Stalls in front of storefront are time limited so make sure you don't stay more than 30 minutes. It gets very busy on the morning so you might want to order from the app to get in front of the lines during the middle of the week.

Just flown in and thought we will grab a hamburger while waiting out rush hour traffic . Had their regular burger - the worst burger. Looked like it was cooked from a frozen patty. The French fries were decent so was able to staved off the hunger with fries.

Horrible experience. Came in and the attendant took the order. Lady that was eating a plate of food gets up and messed up everyone's order. She was very rude and would not listen.

The simplest dish, healthy shrimp salad took longer to make than chicken katsu.

Will not be a repeat customer.

Greasy and burnt. No free refills. 1 star for the food and not so great service, additional star for a clean bathroom available on site through the complex, free parking, and participating in the five star app. Would never go here by choice, but my family likes it. Recommend if you need to keep the peace and your family likes burnt and greasy food. Otherwise, no.

This place is amazing! I'm so sad that I've lived here for over a decade and I never knew about it. I'll never be eating at Subway again! Blimpies flavors are so pronounced and their meats, cheese, and produce are incredibly fresh. 5/5 impressed

This is an okay sandwich shop. The owner works here and is very friendly. The food is good. There problem is no inside seating and limited outside concrete stool seating which is windy and uncomfortable. It's a better choice for take out.
