The location is good, easy walk to broadway, time square, Fifth Ave and Central Park. Very simple breakfast available. Some homeless people on the street but didn’t feel unsafe.

9+ Years and Still Our Favorite!
We’ve been staying at Hokulani for over 9 years, and it continues to be our all-time favorite hotel in Waikiki. You simply can’t find another place like this—it’s spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The suites are big, well-equipped, and perfect for families.
What truly sets Hokulani apart is how thoughtful and family-friendly the entire experience is. Every time we return, it feels like coming home. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is peaceful yet close to everything.
We’ll definitely be back again next year. Thank you Hokulani for always making our stay feel special 💛

This was the worst service I’ve ever received at a Hilton property.
From check-in, the staff were unhelpful and negative — almost everything I asked was answered with “No.”
The room was minimally cleaned, poorly lit, and faced a noisy building right across the street.
But the worst part happened at checkout.
I told the male manager earlier that morning that I might be about 20 minutes late since I had to pick up a rental car just 5 minutes away. Despite that, at 10 a.m. I started getting multiple texts from the hotel. When I returned, the male manager was shouting, threatening to call the police and saying he would remove my luggage.
In front of my child, he even mocked me in my native language to ‘shut up’, threw a broken box at me, and told me to pack and leave immediately.
Another staff member apologized, but that manager never did.
To make it worse, the pool was suddenly closed for construction with no prior notice.
I had zero positive memories from this hotel. Completely unacceptable experience.

Clean, comfortable, close to everything. The staff are lovely, the rooms are huge and extremely well maintained. Any requests were met with a smile and the bell hops were amazing
Laundry station is on every floor, free detergent available in your room. The washer and seperate dryer is an amazing amenity of this hotel.
The beds although comfortable are not queens, possibly king single and felt smaller then a standard double bed.. luckily there is a pull out soft bed..
Probably one of the best hotels for location as it is close to the high end shopping centre with loads of restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future.

It was clean and spacious. The pans for cooking didn’t have any scratches. The bathroom had many great amenities including a big soaking tub and a shower with a rainfall type spout. Also, location was excellent, right next to longs ***** and close to the major outdoor malls.

I had a great stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Hokulani Waikiki. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Waikiki and walkable to everything: the beach, great restaurants, quick bites, shopping centers, coffee shops, and fun drinks like bubble tea, matcha lattes, and fruit smoothies. Super convenient if you like to explore on foot.
The hotel feels brand new. I heard the rooms were recently renovated, and it shows—everything from the bathroom to the fridge, oven, sofa, and bed linens feels fresh and modern.
The layout is also a big plus. We were traveling with our parents, and the space was well-designed so that everyone had some privacy and didn’t disturb each other at night (even with snoring!).
We also had a balcony where we could enjoy the breeze and watch the lively street scene below. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Free laundry rooms on each floor (with detergent provided) are super handy, though rooms don’t have in-unit washers like some other HGV properties.
A small downside—our hallway still had a bit of a lingering construction smell, likely from recent work. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.
The only real inconvenience was valet-only parking at $50/night. I understand parking is tight in Waikiki, but since we needed to drive in and out frequently, it wasn’t the most flexible setup. That said, the valet team was kind enough to let us temporarily park for check-in, which we appreciated.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return next time I’m in Waikiki or Honolulu

Really disappointing day at the Na Lani Sky Lounge as a Hilton owner! Today I’ve been here on the roof enjoying the sun and scenery. The Sky Lounge is supposed to be open in the afternoon for drinks and I’ve been waiting for over an hour and 45 minutes to order a drink and there has been no one at the bar from 1:30 until now at 3:18! The hottest part of the day. But there is a sign posted that you are not allowed to bring your OWN drinks!!!! Another disappointing vacation.

WORST PF CHANG'S LOCATION EVER AND I'VE BEEN TO MANY!!!! I guess because this location is a major tourist attraction they are okay with being mediocre. You'd think this location would be top notch so tourists don't go back home with a bad taste in their mouth but I guess mediocre service for tourists is acceptable at this location. I feel like I was robbed especially at $15.50 for a plate of fried rice that sucked!! All of our food was wrong and had to be corrected twice and the corrected food wasn't very good either. It definitely wasn't the PF Chang's food I've come to know by visiting a few different locations. To top it off, our waiter almost cheated us 50 dollars. The ticket was for 85 dollars. We put a 50 dollar bill and a credit card inside the book. When he came back, the receipt showed he charged the full amount on the credit card and also kept the 50 dollar bill. When questioned, the waiter said "oh I'm sorry I thought that 50 was a 10 and thought it was my tip." We were extremely disappointed because we love PF Chang's and were hoping that while on our vacation in Hawaii we could have a nice dinner at PF Chang's but I suppose that was asking for too much. ?

Love that PF Chang's offers glutten free but wish they would offer the fried rice as a side dish as well. I like the beef and broccoli with fried rice.
Score is lowest because service was less than expected. Beef and broccoli dish was only half the size I get on the mainland. They didn't offer chop sticks and were very skimpy with white rice on my daughter's order.

We we're welcomed by a not so friendly hostess but once we we're seated I fell in love. Our waiter was so very nice and very attentive. Loved their lo mein noodles and the plates to share! Great prices for the large plates. Would absolutely go again just hope the hostess would be more friendly and inviting! Possible a smile as well.

Seated by hostess, waited 10 min (timed it) and NO waiter. Got up and left. Matches comments from others about their suck-butt service. 61yr old male with reasonable patience but I don’t tolerate insolence like this well.

Great food and drinks, awesome range of sport to watch and you even get your own speaker to listen to whatever TV you are watching at the time. Will come back and spend more time there. A must visit in Waikiki for the sports bar drinker.

Stayed nearby at the Sheraton so just a easy 5-minute walk. Our party of eleven was seated quickly, within a couple minutes of arriving and all service fast and friendly. Large TVs surrounds dining areas with a good variety of sports. Food arrived also quickly and hot, with generous portions and plenty to share. Would suggest picking a few items to share instead of one dish per person unless you’re really hungry! Had to go for the pastrami sandwich and wasn’t disappointed. The corned beef and pastrami eggs Benedict with country potatoes was a little salty, but one has to figure that it’s got two meats combined so it will naturally be like so. Would return for drinks and dessert... was just too full from the large portions to order any!

My experience: great service all around, plenty of TVs to watch any game (15+ around the bar), hostess and bartender were extremely helpful and customer friendly
My food: Please never order the pineapple ballpark sausage from this place...yes there was tiny bits of pineapple in half of the sausage but it was bland and they for some reason served it with salsa, the bun was terrible and way too much for the dog, and I could cook a better dog in my college kitchen. The fries were, surprisingly, on point, crisp, with more than an expected share.
Evaluation: I’ll come here to watch a game, but I’ll only drink beers

My husband and I and some friends had dinner here and it was incredible! Every one of our meals was delicious..we had salmon, short ribs, and filet mignon which was all done to perfection. The view is incredible!! You can watch the sunset and see the surrounding areas. Just incredible! A must visit when in Honolulu.

The food here is absolutely delicious! And the sunset views are absolutely beautiful! We ordered the steak and salmon along with the spare ribs. All of our meals were cooked to Perfection. We would also recommend ordering the shrimp as an appetizer.
We recommend coming at 5 p.m. or so in order to catch the sunset which is around 6 p.m.

Came here for dinner with my partner and we absolutely loved it!!
The restaurant feels very elegant and the service was impeccable and the view is amazing. (Although the night we went there was thunderstorms. The city skyline and the lighting was awesome to look at while we ate dinner)

Out of 6 dishes basically two were absolutely amazing. The scallops and the New York steak. The $200 surf and turf was crazy overpriced for what you got. The view was incredible. I did feel a little dizzy at some point if I looked outside too much

Sat at the bat. All of the bar tenders were great. Drinks were all good. They were very attentive and sociable. Food was great, service all around was great. Love the staff. Will definitely recommend and be back.
