They offered free towel rentals, which we used a lot! Mahalo! The bed was also big and comfortable. Having two key cards was very convenient.

Perfect hotel to reduce costs but the rooms are very dated and small. They will try to charge you for everything so come prepared. The pool is very small and it is quite a walk to the beach

The hotel staffs are kind and professionals. The room is spacious and amenities are nicely done I think. My husband loved their bed linens. The blanket was so soft and comfy

The hotel is located in a bustling area of downtown Honolulu, very close to commercial centers like Walmart and Macy's, just a 5-minute walk away

I like the Pagoda Hotel. Service staff are friendly, good & affordable breakfast...Good location near the neighborhood and shopping areas

The staff here were amazing and helpful, and I can not praise them enough, that said if you stay here go to the misubi cafe that is next door for a cheap meal, and the bakery around the corner for a coffee and a snack

With that said, I know ive painted a rather grim picture, but youre not here to stay in a hotel room, this hotel is great for walking to places, and its a short walk to the beach

The pool, spa, hot tubs, sauna, and gym kept everyone entertained and made our stay feel like a true holiday retreat. And the location… unbeatable

It is an older hotel and the rooms need a major update, some of the rooms look like they are from the 1990s minus the flat screen test

The bathtub in my room was partly broken and if you stepped near the drain the fiber glass would shift and snap

Full kitchen with all the basics, plus extras you can borrow from Housekeeping, like a rice cooker, air fryer or blender. The staff is very friendly and helpful

We spent three nights on a recent trip to Waikiki Beach. The Club Wyndham is a great location just a short walk from Waikiki Beach, eating places, with onsite parking. Quiet at night. I would recommend.

When we returned from the cruise our room wasn't ready yet, but they texted us when it became available, and even moved our luggage up to the room so we'd have it when we got back late from the Polynesian Culture Center

The mattress was horrible! But other than that I enjoyed my stay there and if things get updated and replaced I will stay here again, if not I will avoid

Nice property, close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Fairly quiet at night, bedding REALLY needs to be replaced

The shower water pressure was about the same as in Japan, which was very helpful! However, it was a bit noisy and a bit damp. Also, there were no amenities, so I recommend bringing your own from Japan!

Our housekeeper Gemma was a memorable part of our stay...such a lovely person, who did an excellent job. The view from our room was AMAZING! We've never had a better lanai...FABULOUS! 😎

It was the best hotel I've stayed at in Hawaii. The stylish lobby was so comfortable that I wanted to sit on the sofa all day, and the room was just the right size for two people

We requested a room on a high floor, so we got a room on the top floor. The lanai was also spacious, and the view from the 9th floor was amazing, with Diamond Head and the ocean

The staff are very courteous and attentive. This is a wonderful area to stay away from the crowds. Pau Tree restaurant has excellent food and our brunch was outstanding.

Not the hotels fault, but it’s something to bear in mind if you’re given a lower floor. Rooftop pool is small but a nice extra if you don’t fancy the beach. Close to everything; restaurants, shops, beach

Like this hotel…very good location , walking distance to markets, ABC store across street, couple of minutes to shopping…only drawback would be the pool- rooftop and small

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Great location.  Would definitely stay there again. The hotel appears a little dated, with old, stained carpet, but I believe they are remodeling.

My only problem (which has nothing to do with this business) would be parking your car in the lot directly next to them. It belongs to the building next door but they have paid public parking

I would HIGHLY advise anyone not to park there. For one, no 12 hour selection, you either pay 27 for 24 hours 13 for 10 or 8 for one. Secondly, it has cameras but no attendant overnight

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk especially, Mina Molina (she's awesome, friendly and very professional)

Why then a 5 star review? The price is low, the beds are great, the rooms are clean, the staff are excellent, the valet parking was half the price of public parking, the lobby is welcoming, the beach goodies are free to use, the tea and coffee are unlimited, and the location! Excellent location

From the moment we checked in to check out. 5 mins from the beach and local shopping. Room was cozy and comfortable. Robes were a nice bonus! Coffee and water available 24/7

Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. In addition to that, they provide FREE beach gear (towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, chairs, and tote bags). No hidden fees when you book through their website

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, bus stops, and the commercial district. While the rooms are a bit small, they are well-equipped. The lobby offers complimentary beach gear for guests to borrow

My husband and I stayed at Vive for 4 nights, and loved it so much. The staff is amazing, they welcomed us with a glass of pineapple juice and upgraded us to a better room

I recommend creating an account on their website, if you do so they give you 50% off valet parking, free room upgrade (when available), and they give you one extra hour to check-out

If it wasn't for the colony of small roaches living in the kitchen, I would give this a 5 star. Since we didnt intend to cook, this wasn't a dealbreaker for us. Amazing value for what you get

Although the building is old, having been in business for 60 years, the rooms have been thoroughly renovated and are clean and problem-free. Above all, the size is excellent

For this price and location, I am completely satisfied. There are not many Japanese guests, but I would recommend it for families

Got a room with king bed and sofa bed. Room was pretty spacious and nice, as it was equipped with a full kitchen. It was nice having a sink and full sized kitchen to store drinks and leftovers

Though everyone was friendly, the rooms are extremely outdated. I had requested a high floor a week before my stay and though they said they'd "try" their best, I was originally only assigned to a 5th floor room

The staff was courteous and helpful with every thing needed. They took our bags early before we could check in to our room so we could wander around the area. The room itself was fine- a big garden tub with a King bed

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Waikiki Beach, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The waiters are very nice, the hygiene is good, and there is a small swimming pool

The room was spacious, large bath, warm water bidet (first timer!), roomy balcony with seating, valet parking. Staff were all very nice. The cont. breakfast was OK. We had a kitchen and cooked some meals. Worth it!

The hotel is peaceful, with a lovely bar and cosy atmosphere, and things like free daily slushies and snacks at reception, and biscuits in the room on arrival are great touches

There's a small courtyard on the first floor and a small balcony upstairs. The common area is cozy and has a small swimming pool. Cleanliness: Fair, but there are some insects on the first floor

This was my first trip to Hawaii. The atmosphere was wonderful, giving me a local Hawaiian feel that you don't get at hotels. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the tourist attractions around Waikiki Beach

My room was near the front desk on the first floor, but since the attached bar is nearby, I was a bit concerned about hearing people talking outside at night. I appreciated the free beach chair rentals

The rooms are large and good standard, with a great boho vibe, although the bathrooms are very compact and damp, and some upgrades around the hotel are starting to be needed

 Room cleaning was not always thorough, but this wasn’t a major issue during my stay. For the price point this hotel is an excellent choice and I look forward to returning

I stayed in Deluxe Room 914. There's an ice machine in the lobby. If you fill your water bottle with ice before heading out, you can avoid buying many expensive bottled drinks.

Staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help. The stay includes an entrance ticket for the Honolulu Museum of Art which is worthy to visit.

Although the hotel is not new, the staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned, so you can stay with peace of mind. I wasn't expecting much, but I could see the ocean of Waikiki in the distance from the balcony

The staff is friendly and accommodating. If we were ever to return we would stay here. One word of caution is the basement parking is tight. The low hanging pipes challenged a tall vehicle

We live on O`ahu on the west side, and sometimes events/activities in town run late; the Lotus has become the go-to place for crashing in Honolulu when we also want to swim at Kaimana Beach first thing in the morning, or eat at Arden, or walk Kapiolani Park, and generally avoid the craziness of inner Waikiki

All the decorations in the furnishings were top notch! Loved the in-room espresso maker, microwave, refrigerator. The hotel staff is just amazing in your professionalism helpfulness and courteousness

Not crazy about the TV setup in the room it was pretty old school in technology and channel selection. No Netflix or other streaming services available. No USB port on the television

I had a wonderful stay at Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness and facilities were excellent

Located 15mins walk from Waikiki Beach. Rooms are decent size with balcony. Lacking amenities like vanity kit, dental kit plus there was US$35.00 charge on check out for amenities.

Everything about our stay there was exceptional. The location is perfect with easy access to everything. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable

The water pressure was great for both cold and hot. There is a small pool in the interior court but never used it being about 200m from Waikiki Beach

The service attitude was good, and they offered luggage storage. The hotel has a pink exterior, making it easy to spot. There are dining options downstairs, and it's a super convenient 2-minute walk to Waikiki Beach

There was a problem with no hot water, but they gave me another room and I was able to take a shower without any problems. I was able to spend a comfortable time.
