The location is convenient and free parking in Waikiki is a benefit.

The condition of the studio was unacceptable. The unit is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. We found a cockroach inside our room, which I personally had to kill. A photo is attached as evidence.

The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. The toilet flushed very poorly — it often required multiple flushes, and the water would rise without draining properly. The shower temperature constantly shifted between cold and hot, and it took a long time to get warm water. The fixtures are old and unpleasant to use.

During heavy rain, water leaked from the ceiling near the bathroom light and dripped onto my personal items placed around the sink. Visible wall damage shows peeling paint and plaster separating due to ongoing moisture problems.

The hair dryer was in terrible condition — old, missing the nozzle attachment, and blowing extremely hot air that could easily burn your scalp. This equipment should not still be in use.

The bed linens were very poor quality. The sheets felt synthetic and plastic-like, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The fabric did not breathe and felt unpleasant against the skin.

The refrigerator and other appliances are very old and worn. Overall, the space feels neglected and poorly maintained.

The building has two elevators, but one was not working on our first day, forcing everyone to use only one elevator, which made wait times extremely long. The following day, the second elevator also broke and was out of service for an entire day. Even after repairs, one of the elevators broke again. We frequently had to wait a long time or use the stairs instead, which was very inconvenient.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy. It would constantly turn on throughout the night, and the loud sound would wake us up repeatedly. It was very difficult to get proper rest because of this.

We booked this unit from February 19 to March 2 and paid $2,070 for 10 nights. For that price, the condition of the property is completely unjustified. Comparable hotels and rentals in the area offer significantly better quality and maintenance for the same budget.

I highly not recommend!

Stayed here in an AirBnB. The room was nice but the owners kept shutting the elevators off because of the wind, forcing guests and residents alike to trek up anywhere from 6 to 40 floors on the stairs.

OLD MUSTY MOLDY SMELLING ROOM. We were told we could move to a different hotel but it never happened. I had allergy probs the whole time we were in the room. The elevator shakes and rattles and there is NO AC in the elevator or hall upstairs. We had trouble getting the keys out of the lockbox that was provided and it took over 20 mins to get inside.The Television didn't work and we had trouble accessing the wifi. Overall it was a horrible place to stay and nobody cared when we complained.

I stayed at this place about 7 years ago. The elevator was out of action then! Seems like nothing's changed. The guy who owned the place said he only JUST NOW found out about it. It was an air bnb deal. I complained about the elevators because I had to walk up 343 steps so in return he said I didn't take the trash out.

My friend and I stayed here a few weeks ago and we were both very disappointed... arrived to the building to see two garbage skips at the entrance along with a number of mattresses dumped at the wall. There are over 30 floors serviced by two lifts, the week we were there only one lift worked! Got to our condo on the 15th floor to find food half eaten by the previous tenants still in the refrigerator... floors were not cleaned, we had grit on our feet when we walked barefoot, however the beds were clean and very comfortable. We were looking forward to spending some time sun bathing by the pool.... no sunloungers were available and all the chairs (4) provided were in a bad state, in fact they would be considered dangerous by European standards, even the picnic bench was missing seating panels. There was a tennis court that was locked at all times and had grass and weeds sprouting throughout the surface. The hot tub worked thankfully ... but as for sunbathing.. you had to move chairs for the 3 hours or so to keep in the sun rays, at lunch time the pool was in constant shade. Do not waste your hard earned dollars staying in this dump!
