The room was clean and bright, the kitchen was easy to use, and plenty of bath towels were provided, which made my stay very comfortable. I stayed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning

The staff was polite and helpful. They have a decent pool and tons of BBQ grills and kids area. They also have a free DVD rental that is nice

Had some hiccups due to lack of pool and hot tub but rest was good. We had diamond head view which made the room extra special

It is a short walk to the beach and many hotels and Restaurants

Over the weekend, I enjoyed quiet breakfasts on the balcony, but on Monday, the construction noise from the 6th-floor recreation deck was so loud from early in the morning that I couldn’t have breakfast outside

This hotel is in a great location! Literally a block away from Waikiki beach, 15 min walk from Diamond Head, and a mile walk to Leonard's Bakery! The only downside is you have to pay a daily fee to use the parking garage, which since I was staying in the hotel I though would be included, they will also get you with a daily fee if the pool is open

Love the spacious rooms and wonderful staff. Would definitely be coming back!

When we extended our stay at the hotel, they gave us the same room type, so we didn't have to pack our luggage and change rooms

On the beach location, great service, clean rooms, many pools, on property parking with easy in and out.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. What we really enjoy is the private pool for hotel guest. Units also have washer and dryer. Convenient for families.

It was perfect Maybe have a separate trash bin in kitchen for plastic water bottles to recycle We gave our extra food to the local unhoused (maybe provide guest with a telephone number to a local food pantry to leave unused packaged food)

There’s a decent restaurant on the third floor with a pool, a very beautiful gym on the second floor, and beach chair and towel rentals at the valet near the front desk

The beach towels were available for unlimited rental, which was really convenient whenever I went to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again next time

I have to stay, we were not disappointed one bit! The service was outstanding, rooms were always clean/tidy, and the amenities were perfect! The food at the Deck restaurant was amazing! Can’t forget the coffee from Knots Coffee Roasters, our go to was the Breezy Brown Sugar Latte with a pump of white chocolate mocha DELICIOUS! My only critique would be the parking

We still got a view of the ocean from a side window! The room came with complimentary beach slippers and cute water bottle. The bathroom came equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion

Absolutely wonderful 4-star hotel booked through Costco Travel. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Our room was the city view king with balcony, and it was super clean and spacious

The coffee shop is excellent! I signed up for surf lessons through the shop located in the building. The instructors were fun and informative. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants

The room was decent, and the price was fair. The location is super convenient for getting around. Bus stops for lines 20 and 42 are just about 100 meters away, offering easy access to the airport.

Super close to Waikiki Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Public transport is also very convenient, with bus and trolley stops less than 100 meters from the property

Great location, situated in the centre, clean room, nice balcony.

However, the room we were assigned on our last night was street-facing, which made it incredibly noisy at night, and I didn't get a good night's sleep!

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting the beach

They offer complimentary coffee before 9 AM, and overall, it provides good value for money

The pool water was cold, a bit too chilly for an evening swim, but the poolside area was comfortable and refreshing

Best place to stay if you visit HNL! The hotel is quite far away from Waikiki, but its worth it. Parking is relatively cheap since you are paying resort fee

Great restaurants, outside pool and the gym is comprehensive too if you want to get a workout in during your stay. Large, clean and simple rooms with big balconies and friendly, helpful staff made our stay a great one

Our family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels

Halepuna is still new and the interior is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and the shower water pressure is excellent. They even bring your luggage to your room, which is great service

I went there because of its reputation. The room with sea view I booked was pretty good. The outdoor pool of the hotel is quite good and worth recommending

The best bakery in Hawaii is on the first floor so I could go buy some bread every morning. They also gave me a cute bottle to fill with water.

The location is behind the Sheraton, Royal Hawaiian Center, and Royal Hawaiian Hotel, so it's not very noticeable, but it's very convenient

This was our first stay at this hotel.  We really enjoyed the cleanliness and how quiet it was. We plan to stay here again.

We had the best time at the Laylow Autograph Hotel, first time staying at this hotel, we come ever year & decided to try the Laylow, I highly recommend this hotel, great vibe with the hideout bar downstairs, we had a corner suite which was huge for our family , with 2 teenagers, great location, the hideout bar downstairs was my favourite, food & service & atmosphere fantastic, the only I would say...

As expected, the room was cute and I was excited as soon as I arrived. There was free coffee and water, and shave ice every day, so it felt like a good deal

First of all, I took off one star because there was no shower. It was so noisy until 12 o'clock at night that it was hard to sleep, so I took another one. Other than that, they were friendly and everything was good ^^

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The view isn't great, being surrounded by buildings, but I could see the Royal Hawaiian from my balcony

Hardly used the pool because I rented a car and traveled and explored all the beaches. We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The room was excellent! Staff were very friendly. Will be coming back to this hotel

Traveled with my 2 younger kids and we had an amazing time! Loved the atmosphere, very convenient with a food marketplace downstairs if you want to cook. The shopping centers and restaurants literally 5 mins away

The pool was much worse than I expected. The water wasn't very clean and some of the slides were out of service

It was difficult to secure a reservation, as there weren't many rooms available. The staff were all friendly, and the surroundings were pleasant, a bit different from the bustling Waikiki area

Took 40 mins for the shuttle to arrive, was given breakfast voucher but left too early the next morning. WIFI was very unstable, which was incredibly frustrating

It was close to the airport BUT, sketchy, dodgy and slept with one eye open. Even didn’t feel safe swimming in the hotel pool. It did save us a commute from Honolulu to the airport before our flight

Lotta costs but comes with the territory since it’s Hawaii resort costs parking etc can’t really blame the hotel comes with travel to Hawaii similar to Vegas

They make all their money off travel tourism etc but loved our room, the pool, service etc there was a piece of gum on our carpet when we got in that’s the only thing I can point at that wasn’t great

I went into this reservation with low expectations cause previous reviews have been so bad. Overall, it was fine, but the staff at the front desk did seem not overly excited to help anybody

There’s no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the floor is always really wet. Also, there’s basically only the basin and a small counter around that with three people sharing a bathroom

Overall, it was, I would say very average and nothing like a typical Marriott courtyard stay and certainly didn’t seem worthy of the Bonvoy brand

At $37 per night, you essentially pay for beach towels and chairs, but there’s no private beach, included activities, or a pool experience that would typically qualify a property as a resort

Great stay at the Hyatt Centric. Location was excellent. Only negative was the extensive “resort fee” ad it was difficult to justify the cost for the services provided

The sea view from the room directly overlooks the azure sea. The hotel provides both cold and hot water, and the pool offers a hot tub spa until 10 PM

Fresh fruits, different milk/creamers for my coffee and the hot eggs and sausage were delicious! I chose this hotel because of the shuttle & breakfast but were pleasantly surprised with the kindness & the space

We travel 3-5 times a year from Maui, and love staying at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. The staff is great, my daughter loves the pool, and we love waking up and going down to get breakfast every morning.

We arrived late and it had been raining hard all night. when we entered the lady at the front desk had a huge smile and was so nice & helpful. When we went to the breakfast in the morning it was amazing

When we opened the curtains I was shocked to see that we were next to the freeway

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept very well. The hotel is also close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service, which is very convenient for transfers.

It was SO nice experience to stay! The pool was really pretty and chill, also they gave one free drinks! The room was also cozy and clean, taking bath after swimming makes me feel so relaxed. I want to recommend!

The hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a tropical, laid-back style, and had direct access to the pool right from the terrace

There are events held by the pool, and there are relatively few children around, so adults can relax and enjoy a drink

I was a little disappointed that there were no slippers as amenities, but the bathrobes had an original design and I was in a good mood. The room was spacious enough and had a really cute design, so I was very satisfied

One small problem with registration. The staff is the embodiment of "aloha". It's right across the street from Waikiki and a great value hotel. There was an amazing room overlooking the ocean

 Literally you walk out the door walk 100 feet and cross the street and you are on Waikiki Beach.  The rooms are great but the room with even a partial view was fantastic

The location is very good, close to Waikiki Beach, free sunscreen and towels are provided. Guests can rent beach chairs for free. There is a free nighttime roadside parking nearby.

Across the street from both kapiolani Park and the zoo as well as Waikiki Beach, I definitely recommend the third floor pool rooms with your own private Lanai and an incredible staff that is always willing to help

We stay there twice one night before the cruise and one night after.  With a fabulous view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.  The second floor has a restaurant which had 10% off if you stayed at Park Shores

Everything from towels to beach toys for the kids and lots of other amenities we didn't use. We want to come back here one day

The room was large, comfortable, and very clean, with a balcony and a kitchen. The utensils were spotless, which was great. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service staff are friendly and hospitable

Pros: The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The balcony's glass door provided good sound insulation. Cons: The window overlooked low-level ventilation facilities, which generated a lot of noise

I wasn't told about the construction, such as the pool being out of service and having to change elevators on the 6th floor. I feel bad that they didn't tell me.

We got the Penthouse Suite which ofcourse it was magnificent! The view was breath taking, even there were a little incident happened on the rooftop but the staff managed it pretty well with what happened

Ambiance: The environment is great; you can see both the sunrise and sunset. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony while watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly relaxing

This is our go-to hotel in Waikiki. They offer luggage storage, and it's easy to call taxis or get food deliveries. The W line bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel

It's an older hotel but always clean, offering great value for money. It's a 10-minute walk to the Hilton and the beach

This year, a hotpot buffet opened right next door, which is pretty good! Also within walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center

The airport shuttle is right outside, making transportation very convenient.

Great laundry facilities (pay by contactless card) and the water refill machine was a nice touch. The parking is $30 a day and finding a space can be tough but this seems standard in this location

Great place. Offers shopping near by. Good for the kids they liked the pool. If be the best was the floating restaurant with the koi.

Perfect hotel to reduce costs but the rooms are very dated and small. They will try to charge you for everything so come prepared. The pool is very small and it is quite a walk to the beach

The hotel staffs are kind and professionals. The room is spacious and amenities are nicely done I think. My husband loved their bed linens. The blanket was so soft and comfy
