On second day of our booking they told us that breakfast kitchen is closed due to slow business even we have paid paid for breakfast in booking but we didn’t get proper breakfast.. rest was ok

The hotel is beautiful and clean, located right in the city center. However, the service from the baggage handling staff was not enthusiastic; we had to carry our own luggage into the hotel, find our own luggage in the storage room, and carry it out to the car ourselves.

It was a nice area to be at unti the big fight right down the street all the police all the kids just coming around it was a lot going on but great places to visit around the area

The hotel is in a convenient location and the price is relatively affordable. Upon check-in, they offered cookies, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, the room facilities were quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the bathroom floor lacks an extra drain, so when showering, water tends to spill out of the bathtub, and cleaning it up is a hassle.

The hotel accommodation is acceptable, typical of Hilton in the USA. We have no major issues it serves its purpose for us.

Birthday party was OK, only good part was service from the waiter was very good, but lane quality was bad with balls getting stuck so frequently that we lost time for at least a whole game with waiting about 33% of the time to get them unstuck. Need to send a message that it's time to upgrade equipment or else parties should go to many lanes through Chicago that provide great service without anticlimactic interruptions.

Great NYE event. A variety of people but spacious so it wasn’t over crowded. The buffet was replenished with fresh food until after midnight and bartenders serve good drinks

Great place for entertainment, weather a sports fanatic catching the sports on the multi screen televisions or if u want to get competitive with family or friends in a game of 9 ball or maybe bowling. with ftw and amc right across the walkway it is a great place to have fun and or just to have a casual date night of entertainment with the misses?

My cousin had her birthday here and it was nice because we had our own lane, our own server. Nice atmosphere

I rarely give a bad review, but today unfortunately I was not met with the typical professionalism I'm used to...
As I stood in line with 10+ ppl, while the Baristas discuss their disrespect if they joined the military and the military made them do something that they didnt want to do and about other things, as a woman stated 6Xs, "NO WHIP", before the Baristas acknowledged her and while spraying whip in her order... but if he was paying attention he would have heard her.
Then the supervisor interrupts the Baristas by asking very loudly, if he wanted his tips and he asking how much, she states $30, he then walks to her and stops what he is doing and now, the whole team is huddled to discuss the tips and other things, while 10 ppl are waiting on an order and 5+ ppl are in line... I asked that they service the customers waiting... I received and was met with an unprofessional reaction from the Baristas and staff..."the machines make the coffee", "the coffee makes itself", "the coffee is ready", then why don't we (10ppl) don't have our orders? And the supervisor and 4 other staff members stood around to further discuss my dissatisfaction with the level of unprofessionalism. Where is customer service.

Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely gets super busy at peak times because it's on the Northwestern Campus.

The customer service at this location has really started to go downhill recently. Baristas are disinterested and sometimes outright rude. coffee is still standard Starbucks, but I would rather walk a block or two to a different location

Worst customer service. I get that this location gets busy but you work in customer service. Plus there is always an issue with mobile ordering and them forgetting items in your order. Only reason I go to this location is because of how close it is.
