The room was great-only comment is that it would be helpful to have more drawers for clothing and a shelf or drawer in the nightstands.

There was dirty socks in the bathroom and left over food in the mini fridge. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. Poor maid service. The place is in a great location but interiors are outdated.

Breakfast buffet- eggs cool, bacon cold, need to ask for refills on coffee. Expensive for $40+. Hotel for $400/ night you expect more. Bar was very expensive, for beers and nonalcoholic drinks.

From the moment of entering the Westin the cleanliness is noticeable. The lobby and bar area is super clean and comfy! Every employee we made contact with was incredibly helpful and nice! The location of being on the river is very nice too.

The property was nice. The valet parking stuff/Doorman was excellent. The buffet was over priced/ expensive. The beds in my was extremely uncomfortable. They seems to be smaller than the usual double queens.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located in downtown Chicago, with staff who provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was extremely roomy and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I go to Chicago!

The hotel recommended by the school, Westin is still quite convincing. The hotel has a good location and is convenient around. I booked a king-size bed suite. The room is relatively large, clean and sanitary. The service is also very enthusiastic. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Went to a friend's party here. Ran into a bunch of people I knew. Really good time. They seem to treat customers very well, their systems had trouble charging us, which is always nice.

I get the feeling that this place is ran by a guy behind several #metoo tweets. The inside of the restaurant is nice but the waitresses dress in very tight and very short dresses. My girlfriend commented that you could almost see one of their butts hanging out because the dress was so short.

The food is alright but you can get far better Mexican food in the area for a similar price. The drinks are alright, minus the lonesome blueberry that ended up in my girlfriends margarita.

This was our second time there. I don’t think we’ll be returning. This might be for some people but I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

This is definitely a place that you have to go if you're planning to visit Chicago! They have a really nice foods and good selection of drinks. I particularly recommend the tapas, they're diversified and tasty! ?

The food here is terrific. Tacos are totally the bang for the buck. Great atmosphere. And the place is huge great for groups.

Worst service I have experienced in Chicago. Went in for happy hour and ordered two drinks and an appetizer. Appetizer didn't arrive until we were nearly finished with our drinks. Then the waiter disappeared for good. No service at all. Finally caught the attention of an off duty server as we waited at the cash register, and he went and found the waiter who came back told us he was "busy waiting on other tables". Hello? There was only one other table in the entire restaurant with anyone seated at it! No apology, nothing. Beware of the complacency of these chain restaurants that pretend to be upscale and well-managed. This place is obviously NOT well-managed. The off duty waiter was embarrassed by the obvious lack of professionalism by his co-worker. He shook his head and walked away. Needless to say...won't be back, even for the simple service of happy hour.

Excellent food and excellent service!!! Waitress was very nice and attentive despite a packed restaurant and lines out the door. Good ambiance. Busy place but u don't feel it. Recommendation is Very High without any reservation!!

The food was delicious and the seating is unique--in the "booth" area, you sit on pillows around a table. We enjoyed our meal. The only problem is that they charge extra for rice, and is not included with curry dishes. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal, and everything came out quickly and still piping hot.

I am a Thai lover n we explored this place while roaming around downtown Chicago. I have tried different flavors of Thai and this place n their dish is my new favorite! Very crowded but happening place n very good service. Everything was garden fresh n delicious. Their chicken satay is must try with peanut chutney. Cashew chicken n ginger chicken were also delicious!

Friendly, fast service. The food was lacking flavor. Thai food is all about great spices coming together and I did not get that from my drunken noodles dish. Also, it had too many vegetables. My husband loved his curry rice and shrimp though.

Amazing food, cool family restaurant. The stuff is super friendly, and they are always looking around and checking if you need something else.
I did Thai food before, but never like this one. If you like spice curry, noodles or just wanna try something different... Go here!
Prices are not bad neither.
