I booked this hotel because it was in a convenient location for a Red Sox game and am so happy I did! In addition to the good location, many things exceeded my expectations here. Every single staff member that I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The in-room amenities were nice too (fridge...
We loved this hotel .. It was comfortable, clean, beautiful, nice bathroom, even smelled great. Unfortunately our room was the first off of the lobby, and completely unsound proofed. Guests in the lobby, front desk chatter, doors opening, other guests TVs, conversations, we heard it all. This made the comfortable bed completely irrelevant. The staff was incredibly accommodating and did the best they...
Staff was very friendly and knew of great places to eat around the hotel. The park being the hotel was very nice as well
Has a trolley route running right in front of hotel, great for accessing the downtown, bad for sound-sensitive sleepers. Room had a microwave, great for heating up your burito bowl, or make yourself a cup of tea.
Had a difficult time getting the water heater to the right temperature and doesnt maintain too. So its the typical freeze or burn situation every bathe time.
Cleaniness by housekeeping...
Decent room with a microwave, mini fridge and free bottled water daily. Useful since the location is a distance away from any grocery store/ pharmacy, with limited food options. But the service we received was good, and it was convenient to take the trolley to sights along the same line like the Boston MFA and downtown.
Good and bad. Nice quality accommodations, nice customer service but oh, so noisy. Basically on a highway, cars zooming by all night can be heard even though windows closed and heating fan on. Snow with accumulation on our second night meant plows going by which basically means metal scraping the street, you can not believe how loud this is. Sounded like a plane landing on the roof before I realized...

I can’t wait to stay here. If the accommodation is even close to the kind of response of this and support that I received from staff, it will be well worth the money. Kiara, who is one of the staff, was immensely helpful in facilitating my cancelling my reservation and rescheduling. She actually reached out to me by phone to remind me to set a date in the future since I would be unable to make my...
My friends and I stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend and was first greeted by an AC leak in our unit. We tried to handle it ourselves but it got progressively worse with a very foul odor filling up our unit. Long story short, we went back and forth with customer service via text (limited holiday/weekend staffing) and they were unable to move our party to another unit due to no vacancy. We ended...
We had a very good experience here. The location is superb for Cambridge, our room was large and light--three windows--and quiet. The lack of daily bed-making/cleaning service did not bother us--gave us more freedom to come and go as we pleased. Bed was huge and comfortable, refrigerator and mini kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast in situ. The free nespresso coffee machine off the sitting room was...
This was a lovely place and centrally located to Cambridge. Easy to walk to metro stations and to places near Harvard. We were skeptical about an Air BNB without someone on site, but the host was in touch easily and quickly through text.
Very nice boutique hotel with unique flavor of New England. Convenient to every place. Warm reception.
A very pretty Inn, perfect location, great parking, wonderful breakfasts. However... I never truly felt welcome. Staff in general was just not very friendly.

What a lovely hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was meticulously clean. Excellent location. I like the smaller feel.
Super clean, wonderful concierges, great location! Small room but great for one night - will definitely be back!
Great location and room.
Staff was extremely friendly. I wish the rooms had a full length mirror.
The room was nice. They upgraded us to a balcony room, which was extremely convenient. Heated floor in the bathroom was perfect on this cold day. The staff was helpful, convenient parking underground, no problem even though the valet was not on duty. Location ws very convenient to attend a concert in your by Davis Square and Friendly Toast is almost right across the street for amazing breakfast.
Staff was amazing at both check in and check out. They really stood out. Location was perfect; coffee was exceptional; room was so clean, too hot even after I turned the heat down but I should have turned it down more; lobby area was spacious and inviting. Thanks for a great stay!
This was such a good stay. Loved the people that worked there and all the amenities. Great spacious and clean room with a cute view of the street.

Boston, 113 Beacon Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
My partner and I are staying here for one week while visiting Boston. We have found all accommodations reasonably comfortable. Boston In let us check in early, which was great because we flew in on a red eye, and were very grateful to have a landing pad to settle down into after grabbing breakfast. It's located next to the Boston Commons, and an easy walk to the metro. We purchased a 7-day metro pass...
Amazing service looking forward to coming back
These suites are brilliantly located in the heart of Boston. Our 2 bed/2 bathroom suite was in need of some tender loving care (particularly in the bathrooms) and if you were tall then the bedrooms (basically a mezzanine level) would have been an issue. The other living areas were well proportioned. Would we stay again, yes as the price and location mainly made up for the need for a good smarten up
Great location, beautiful view.
The 8 of us girls stayed at 113 Beacon for 4 days in the Penthouse. Great experience, clean rooms, modern decor, beautiful view.
One negative side is elevator is very old and sometimes it doesnt work. My friend came a day later, she had to drag her luggage all the up to the 6th floor which is the top floor. Last day, we had to drag our luggages down, and it was very...
Apartments in great location. Rooms spacious, comfortable and very clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because the Wi-Fi is a bit weak and slow. Would recommend to others.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! Size of the room was so comfortable. Would def stay here again when visiting my kid at Northeastern.
This place is *solid.* Interior doors swing silently and close with a pleasing click. Layout is smart, using the space well. Breakfast area is an in-your-lap situation, but there's nothing keeping guests from taking stuff back to their suites. This is now a go-to for our Boston excursions.
Room, staff and amenities were all exceptional. We most love the charming and refined atmosphere of this lovely inn.
Lovely little hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Aside from the overwhelming smell of cleaning products, everything was perfect and we would stay there again.
Perfect location for walking to Symphony Hall, shopping, great dining choices. Loved the room & quiet yet central location
Staff is friendly and helpful convenient to all things Boston. Quiet safe neighborhood 2 blocks from Copley! Furniture and rugs a bit worn and need replacement

We had heard that Beacon Hill Hotel restaurant had a new chef, so we went to give it a try and we’re very very happy. The food was great, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere very festive. We will definitely be going back.
We had an excellent experience @ The Beacon Hill Hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Boston. It's a cozy little hotel in the Beacon Hill area very close to Boston Commons and the start of the Freedom Trail.
A fabulous location and beautiful boutique hotel with a vibrant atmosphere. Close to many nice shops, antique stores, restaurants and within sight of the Boston Commons. The bar always had a lively crowd and the restaurant was fabulous! Rooms were not large, but more than adequate and charming with lots of light. Clean, modern and nicely decorated. Staff was very polite, helpful and cheerful....
We had the best Thanksgiving dinner here! The food was phenomenal. The drinks were fabulous. And the atmosphere was cozy.
This hotel was in the perfect location to take in all the Boston sites. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exactly what was pictured and extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Boston!
Had a perfect experience at the Beacon Hill Hotel! I work in the design industry, and am planning to roll out a brand marketing program at my company, which will require hosting some of the top Designers and Architects in the country; I was staying at the hotel as a "test drive" to make sure it would be "up to snuff" for our very discerning, sophisticated clients, and...it is!

This place offers just enough stuff for students/solo travelers for business. Great location to/from the airport, South Station and World Trade Center. Convenience store at the next door and a number of walkable places to get coffee or a quick bite.
The climate control and heater for water might be a bit old, so it does get very hot or cold at times, but overall it’s ok. The room is clean and the operational...
Nice private rooms with shared amenities. Liked having some coffee and laundry detergent available. Great location and good food next door. Doors a little thin but quiet hours were upheld! Wish there was a map of what was on each floor instead of having to explore the other floors
Great location, very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen are in good order. I only had to wait for a bathroom once. The rooms are small but nice and cosy, the only slightly annoying thing is the fan that automatically clicks on is really loud. I would stay here again and recommend it as a great budget friendly place to stay in an otherwise expensive city.
I would recommend staying here to family and friends.
Visited Boston for Hyrox and it was walking distance to the venue. Nice and quiet location!
Rooms are nice and clean, bed is so comfortable.
Shared kitchen was clean.
The room was a good value. Though it wasn't very large and was no frills, I was in Boston for sight-seeing and didn't need anything beyond the basics--which it provided well. The facilities were clean and in good repair, and the bed was comfortable. The room could get a little warm in the late afternoon, but opening the window in the evening could cool things down well. Having the subway station across...
I would love to give the place 5/5. So many good things about it for the location and cost. Unfortunately, the heat in my room pumped the temperature up to 82 degrees (as measured by their little thermometer) because heating and cooling is done on a per-floor basis. My intuition is that the owners renovated a building that was meant to be a whole-floor flat, and that the thermostat is far removed from...

Very good value for money. Very nice and hospitable crew
Brilliant hotel. The room was lovely and in a great location right near the green line. The staff were super helpful - would definitely stay here again!
It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from the airport to the hotel — roughly a 20-minute drive. I’m mainly visiting MIT and Harvard, and I usually walk about 30–45 minutes to campus every day. The autumn weather is beautiful.
The hotel has all the basic amenities; my room is on the second floor — not much of a view, but it’s clean and well-kept, with a pharmacy and several restaurants nearby.
The soundproofing is terrible. The traffic on the street is quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly.
However, the service was excellent, the facilities were new, and the location in Cambridge was good, making it convenient to everything.
Excellent hotel. The service was perfect. Room was clean and Monica was always available to provide with towels. Fairfield has an amazing location, near the Lechmere Station.
We had a lovely stay at the Fairfield Cambridge. From the lovely stuff at reception that allowed us to check in early in the morning. The service throughout our stay was excellent with lovely stuff all around.
The location, and the proximity to the subway station I'd a key asset to the property.

The establishment was clean, staff were friendly, pool is on the smaller side, everything close enough to get a cheap uber
This hotel is super convenient, and the rooms are big and new. I'm pretty happy with it, no complaints at all. (My only minor note is that it's across from a hospital, so if that bothers you, you might want to consider other options.)
Really welcoming staff who made it easy for us to check in early. They had confirmed prior to the trip that we would be able to drop off our bags, but as our room was ready, allowed the weary travelers to check in.ideal for us post Boston marathon where we just wanted a day in Boston, rather than in Hopkinton where we had been staying.
Great choice at breakfast and lots of coffee available as well...
Good for overnight stay from Philadelphia airport. Breakfast was great with lots of choices for a buffet. They served oatmeal - my favourite and bagels with cream cheese. Perfect for me! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel's food was just okay. It would be great if they could offer different breakfast options. However, I appreciate them allowing me to check in early when I arrived.
Hotel location is great, parking is easy, rooms are big enough and clean.
The only problem we had is during the check-in, we were rejected to check-in although the room is fully paid, the reception reason is because we don't inform them that we are going to be late, we were late due to flight delay, and already exhausted from the delay, hoping to be able to check-in, yet the reception adamant that...

Nice and cheap place to stay, but do not expect any facilities.
The room was very nice, the service was also very good, but there was no free parking, the parking lot cost $50 per night, which was quite speechless. But the breakfast was good, the free breakfast was very delicious, which was the only consolation.
Convenient transportation, rich breakfast
Although it is not far from MIT, the surrounding area feels quite remote. The front desk service is not good. They refused to provide bottled water. I asked for it twice but they didn't give it to me. They said it was only for members and asked us to buy it at the gift shop, but there was no one in the store. Later, I went to the supermarket next door to buy water. Then I remembered that I had registered...
The room is not small and has all the basic facilities. It is an 8-minute walk from the Green Line. Although it is not in the center of Boston, it is still very convenient. The breakfast variety is OK. We stayed for 9 days and we were tired of it by the end. There is a big supermarket next to it, which is very convenient and cost-effective.

This is our second time staying at the Newbury Guest House and again, we were quite pleased with our stay, though it was too short. Our room was simple, well appointed and clean; the bath has been updated and well maintained.

I really liked the location of the apartment, it is very conveniently located in the very center of the city. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, like in the Cloud. I'll come back here again.
The room has a high ceiling and a large area. However, the bathroom lacks a shelf or platform for placing the shower gel bottle, so it has to be placed on the floor, which is inconvenient.
The location is good, and the facilities are complete. Although there were some issues with the booking, causing some trouble for our check-in, thankfully the front desk actively coordinated, and the platform also helped us communicate in a timely manner, ultimately resolving the problem. The room facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, there were some issues that must...
It's a pretty standard place, suitable for families. It's conveniently located right by Chinatown and offers self-catering facilities. Parking is a bit inconvenient as you need to find a nearby street-level or underground car park.
A great experience. Excellent location with convenient transportation, plenty of dining options nearby, and a spacious room.
The location is superb except there is no drop-off at front. The car can park 30 mins about 2 meter away from the front door. And there are many birds at front making it looks very dirty and non hygenic.
The room is big and nice. All promised amenities and machines are there.

This is an enchanting place. The facility is warm and welcoming and the neighborhood is beautiful. Reinhold is a gracious and engaging host. Central location in a lovely neighborhood. Hosts are very welcoming, and the breakfast to die for!
I have been to a lot of bed and breakfasts, and this was one of the best! Reinhold was a treat: a great host, a very interesting person, and a great resource of information about the city and neighborhood. They were flexible in helping me get my luggage in early and arrange to have my bags in my room when I came back much later. I was pleased to see a generously big, modernly furnished room with...
Everything about Encore Bed and Breakfast is fantastic: location, hosts, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, decoration of the room. We used to stay at other B & B's in Boston but once we discovered Encore, we stay here on our visits to visit our son. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and the qualities we like are always consistent.

The employees were nice. The walls are rather thin, the shared bathrooms were compact but usable, and at night, the radiator clicked loudly enough to disturb us at least once every night. The location is excellent, the communal areas are stunning, and the rooms itself were adequate. If you're not only visiting Boston for the hotel, this is a terrific spot to stay.
A wonderful vantage point for exploring Boston. Not far from Fenway Park, terrific bars, and fantastic shopping are located over on Back Bay.
The staff was friendly. The shared bathrooms were small, but manageable, the walls are relatively thin, and at night, the radiator clicked loud enough to wake us at least once every night. Other than that, the rooms were decent, the common areas were outright beautiful, and the location is stellar. A great place to stay, assuming you're not visiting Boston for the hotel.
Great place to stay. Rooms are very out dated and the bathrooms are extremely small. Cleanliness in room and bathroom could definitely be improved. The housekeeping sign was placed on our door as well as another guest and housekeeping was not completed. Not sure about any of the other rooms, but we could hear our neighbors in their restroom from our restroom. Over all our stay was pleasant.
Was received the wrong passcode into the premises and had to call an emergency number while being out during the blizzard early January. There was no person at the front desk, and everything was very eerie. Would consider going not during the wintertime, but an experience that was hindered by the situation. For the price, it was fair.
This is a friendly charming lay back place. My wife and I and all the other guests we have met adore it. Couldn't be happier.

The hotel room was great with a wardrobe room with a microwave, coffee machine, an ironing board and iron, a toilet and bath room, and the main room with a King size bed.
