James (Front Desk Agent) and Adam (Waiter/Bartender) truly went above and beyond during what could have been a very stressful experience after my flight was canceled due to the winter storm in Boston. James was incredibly personable, helpful, and reassuring from the moment I arrived! His calm attitude and genuine care made the entire check-in and reservation process seamless and stress-free. Adam was...
We had an incredible stay at hotel aka. The location is super convenient, close to all major attractions, the park and great restaurants. Nate and Daniel and all of the staff took incredible care of us during our stay. Plus they had an incredible tea (Palais de The- my absolute favorite tea brand) and coffee selection. We highly recommend!
The location of this hotel is what makes it amazing. 15 minute walk to the North End, a stroll through the Commons to get to BackBay, its literally in the middle of everything. The rooms are small but well decorated and smartly set up. There was a touch of confusion on getting into our room, but it was fine and the staff presented us with a gift for our grief. But where this hotel really shines...
The hotel itself was really nice and in a great location. While there were a few hiccups during my stay, the staff was incredibly kind and genuinely worked hard to make things right. I really appreciated their efforts and professionalism. Special shout-out to Max, Sherley, and Nate for going above and beyond. Their customer service made a big difference and turned the experience into a positive one...
Best Anniversary Stay Ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
October 2025
The hotel was very lovely. They were in the heart of Boston, within walking distance to some really key sights, such as Quincy market, Boston Public Market and more. Everything was within a 15 minute walk or T ride to different parts, such as Harvard, MIT and Chinatown. The rooms were very clean. We told them it was our anniversary and asked if they...

Patron tower rooms are spacious, good bathrooms and comfortable bed. Helpful staff too. Unfortunate that FedEx charge for deliveries to hotel guests.
I only stayed there for one night and can't comment on the service but the room was ok and the location is good.
I only stayed there for one night and can't comment on the service but the room was ok and the location is good.
The hotel is conveniently located; you can take the SL1 line directly from the airport to a stop near the hotel, and it's also quite close to the subway station. The hotel is very new, and across the street is the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
The room is clean and tidy.
On the downside, the room is small. The sink is positioned between the bathroom/shower area and the bed, which felt...
I booked a king room in the Artist Tower and stayed in the Patron Tower. The two towers have different styles, so the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travelers traveling by plane or train. I took Amtrak to South Station, and then walked to the hotel in just over ten minutes. It's even more convenient for the airport, with the Silver...

Centrally located to city centre, restaurants, attractions and parking is across the street from the hotel.
This is the second time I've visited this hotel, and each time I've stayed for more than 10 days. It's in a great location, very convenient to go anywhere, and most importantly, it overlooks Quincy Market. I also specifically chose this room type.
Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.
Excellent hotel and location. Very convenient.
Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door...
The room was not so big but the hotel location was perfect for us. Had trouble to park the car.

A bit old-fashioned, but the service was excellent. Very pleasant stay.
Excellent hotel. I got COVID while I was there and the staff was so helpful. They brought me hot tea to help every so often and were so empathetic about my circumstances.
I will stay here again. The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good. The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future.
The Boston Oriental Mandarin is in a great location. Although there were some minor issues when checking in, the Ctrip customer service and the Taipei Oriental Mandarin's dispatched supervisor actively handled it and did not affect the living experience
Overall it was good. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast restaurant, Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. The dishes were a fusion of English, French and Boston. They were fresh and creative. Others were average. It was OK for a temporary stay, but not for a vacation.
The location is very good. I chose this hotel when I went to Boston for the first time. The room is very large and practical. The only drawback is that it is along the road and a bit noisy, not suitable for guests who need quiet. The hotel service is first-class and very professional, but it encountered an exhibition this time, so the room rate is super expensive.

City center hotel, convenient transportation, great price, and the room was cleaned well.
The accommodation was okay, but it was a bit noisy because it's near the highway.
Nice place to family visit, very close to downtown and China town
The room is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient, but it is a bit far from the red and orange line subways, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The disadvantage is that it is too close to the road, the noise is too loud, and the sleep is affected.
The hotel's environmental protection concept is very clear. Cleaning is done once every two days. There are no slippers, toothbrushes...
This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks. It was $62 dollars a night. You can park at another garage across the way and cross a couple lanes of highway and save $22, though. Crazy. Otherwise, great hotel.

We got no sleep due to loud central air con we couldn’t turn off.
On checkout when I mentioned this to the receptionist she couldn’t have cared less. And no response was given.
We were charged $100 for a late check out, despite our total stay being less than 15 hrs.
Very disappointing.
I did a room and parking bundle for the week I only needed six nights but paying for seven still saved me more money than parking somewhere else near the airport. The parking lot was almost full when I arrived but I managed to find a spot. The Hilton app didn't have my virtual card ready so I checked in at the front desk. Room was great. The shuttle lleaving the hotel was fine, I waited 5 mins. I called...
Location from Boston Logan airport: airport : Free shuttle bus from the airport; pleaee call them beforehand and they will send out a bus. You can even call at the airport. literally a 5-minute drive. Tbh it was a little tricky to find at first So basically the bus stop is at the end on the opposite side.
Rooms: Spacious, clean, and well equipped with tea and a coffee machine.
Customer service...
Great hotel to stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The area around hotel seemed very safe. Another plus for this hotel was that it was very close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle to the airport!
From South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.
First stay here. Easy. Great shuttle.

Everything was great. The hotel was very central and the staff were friendly. They had free 24-hour water and coffee. The only downside was that the heating was very noisy.
Great value. Not much of a view out the window, Also, garbage pick up at 4;00 in the morning.
Everything was perfect. Thanks
Could do with some updating, particularly the reception and lounge. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked for some glasses in reception and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them. The coffee pods in the room weren't topped up every day and one morning, a half used bottle of hand-wash appeared (not ours nor the hotel brand). The doors had big gaps around them letting in a lot of light and...
Very nice room but a little small. Shower was small but the rooms were very clean. Can’t ask for a better central location. We walked to Quincy Market, Aquarium and TD Garden. Very convenient! We would stay again!
Rooms are small, tight squeeze and pretty basic . The water pressure was amazing but the shower was so cramped.

The hotel's location is great, and the facilities and environment are excellent. The service is also very good. The only downsides are that breakfast is a bit boring, and the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. You can hear people in the hallway quite loudly.
Was at the seaport district area for a meeting. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was ok. Breakfast was lovely and warm and a pleasant touch to every morning. Good value for the price paid.
Front desk not friendly, but bfast staff good, they realy help and kind
We had a great time at the hotel. Everybody was very nice and helpful. We stayed three nights during our visit to Boston and we couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we need. Staffs was extremely helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a sliding door with no lock which was annoying. There was a well stocked store with drinks and snacks in the lobby. I absolutely loved this place! Great location, really incredible price, The rooms were even impressive.
I would absolutely come back to this place, made my trip really nice. Valerie at the front desk was remarkable.
Lenox, Keep up the great work!
The staff are all so welcoming and professional, even down to housekeeping. They were so accommodating and upgraded our room when there was a drain issue in bathtub. Room was always so clean and welcoming when we returned after a day of exploring. And the location is perfect. Room service was amazing every time all the food was so good.
Had a wonderful stay in a fireplace room on my birthday. On a cold night having drinks by a fire in the city is such a treat! This hotels staff has the best hospitality I’ve encountered in a long time, so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks and food at the Irving were delicious and the ambiance is top notch. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend. It’s conveniently located when getting to Boston. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The valet was also friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely a bit run down, but it has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and they even provide two bottles of water. The room was spacious, clean, and had a bay window. The staff were quite friendly.
Had high hopes for the Copley Square Hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short in a lot of manners. I stayed at the hotel pre-pandemic and enjoyed it. Since then, the lobby has been refurbished and no longer has that boutique feeling. Not a big deal, but it had a very different vibe. Also, the halls we dark and dirty, and the room smelled musty. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room...
Didn't expect the hotel is close to everywhere, very happy we found this hotel at the last minute. Will definitely stay again.
Good location, easy to catch a cruise tour, a lot of restaurants around hotel.
Convenient location. Very close to Boston Public Library, shopping district and metro.
Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good.

citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Great location. Large room, very cozy. Only issues were that the trash cans were a bit small, and the fridge wouldn't cool. The freezer worked though, so at least I was able to keep water cold.
Cleanliness throughout the property. A nice free breakfast. The valet staff was good. My room was lovely and crystal clean. Desk staff were also professional, friendly and helpful,
