YOTEL is honestly a pretty cool place if you’re into modern, no-frills stays. The rooms are small, but they’re designed really smartly, so it doesn’t feel too cramped. I liked the adjustable bed and the overall vibe—it feels kind of futuristic. The self-check-in is quick, though it can feel a bit impersonal. It’s in a great location, which makes getting around easy. That said, it’s probably not the...
Best location and very clean rooms. Room are small but very comfortable. Always enjoy living here when I am in boston
This hotel is really good value for the price. It's easy to find and close to the South Station. The area feels safe, it's clean, and the staff are helpful and responsive to issues. Overall, I recommend it.
Nice & clean I would recommend for others
Great location in Seaport, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. Rooms are clean and well designed, and the rooftop bar is nice. There’s a decent hotel gym and a Trader Joe’s nearby. Staff are friendly and offer free luggage storage

The room is big, clean and feels quite new
It is a 4-minute drive from Logan Base. You can take the airport shuttle for free. There is no breakfast, but you can wash and dry your clothes. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable.
5-6 minutes from the airport, with shuttle bus very convenient, I have stayed here twice
The decoration is old and there is hair in the bathroom
The hotel is OK, the facilities are old, the air conditioning panel cannot be adjusted, the wind is very strong and the noise is loud, the children caught a cold after one night, the location is not close to the airport, and the subway station is not close. The only advantage is free airport pick-up.
$$300 a night and they don’t offer comp breakfast. But you can pay at the cafe they have there … where they should serve a comp bfast. My flight was at 7am. You cant walk anywhere to get food bc its off a highway. Then rushing to catch flighit

The room was great, clean and comfortable!
Staff was very helpful, and got us dinner reservations when we realized we made a mistake on the ones we made.
We were able to check in two hours early which was great since we were staying after surgery. Bed was very comfortable and location of the hotel couldn't be better is you're having surgery at mass general or mass eye&ear.
Very good and worth recommending.
Considering the price of the hotel, I am not satisfied with my stay. The room I got was in the old part where there was a lot of noise. On the first night, a DJ who played in the lobby from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. didn't let me sleep well. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are dark and not pleasant to stay in. When choosing a hotel, I was guided by the photos on the website, but they show a new part...
The bathroom was excellent, especially the walk in shower.
The room had a beautiful room of Boston.
The hotel had easy access to the subway.
As soon as you enter the hotel, it is like a nightclub. Many people are drinking together. The breakfast is very bad. The hotel includes only two breakfast options for 58 US dollars, and the portion is very small. In short, the hotel costing more than 600 US dollars per night is not cost-effective. , it is strongly not recommended to live in this hotel

Everything was fine except the management. We asked at the beginning of our stay if we could extend a late checkout because of a late flight and we kept getting told check in tomorrow check in tomorrow and then on the day we’re checking out. Oh sorry we can’t do anything with attitude like we were bothering them. Very rude for a hotel I’m paying $1000 a night for. We won’t be coming back. Everything...
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. The service staff is very friendly and professional. It is one of the few hotels in the United States with such a strong sense of service. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, parks and other places within walking distance.
Four Seasons Boston was the most satisfying hotel in Boston during our trip. It has elegant decoration and a magical room with unlimited meals for children. Except for the high room rate, everything else received 5 stars.
The front office team & customer experience team was cooperative and supportive, even for last minute requests.

I have stayed here several times. It is indeed a good choice. I prefer the old Four Seasons to the new Four Seasons. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and there is a girl at the front desk who can speak Chinese, which is great.

Nice hotel
Always my top choice
This is a very reliable hotel. Although rooms are not particularly special in terms of their hard products, they do a great job adding a sophisticated touch. Also, food at Henrietta’s table is very delicious with a lot of local ingredients used.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the location is convenient to Harvard and to restaurants and shopping. Housekeeping was very attentive the first 2 days of our 5 day stay, but then fell off. At one point, we vacated the room so they could clean only to return to full trash cans and dirty towels. We also had issues with an inability to stream video to our TVs, poor air/heat circulation...
Upscale hotel with a great location.
Very walkable to Harvard Square.
Relatively busy bars and restaurants as it seems to be a meeting place for many people. Room was nice, though I could definitely hear the person walking (and showering) in the room above me. Other than the noise (and the high price), a nice hotel.
Room spotless. Coffee maker a bit fiddly but fine when we figured it out. Faucet water pressure a bit weak but shower pressure was fine. Bathroom fairly compact but with good fixtures, not cramped and shower itself quite spacious. Mattress extremely comfortable. Parking $50 a day, but then again this is Cambridge. Dinner at Henrietta’s very tasty with excellent service. Room service quick and efficient...
This is the first time I've encountered a hotel booking through Ctrip that I couldn't check in. The hotel refused to check me in because they couldn't settle the charges with Ctrip. I waited for over an hour with my child and missed dinner, with no compensation. Ctrip paid the entire bill, but the hotel also charged me the same amount as the room rate as a deposit, plus an additional $50 for incidentals...

Lovely hotel with convenient T-stop right outside the door. Check-in was welcoming with recommendations of things to do in Boston. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there is no where to put toiletries in bathroom. Got a good rate for the room and parking on Travelzoo.
I had the absolute best experience staying here for my son’s wedding weekend, and I have to give a special shout-out to the incredible Alexandre at the front desk and Norman the doorman. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like royalty. They were warm, welcoming, and endlessly complimentary — the kind of people who turn a nice stay into an unforgettable one.
Every time I walked through the...
My stay at the Colonnade was great! We came for a concert. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Alexander was wonderful! The rooftop pool and bar were a great plus. The only complaint I have is the amount of yellow jacket bees that are swarming the pool and the lounge chairs.. We ordered food and could barely eat, due to how many bees were around. The staff were very helpful in trying...
We recently stayed at The Colonnade while attending a girls’ hockey camp at Northeastern University and were extremely pleased with our experience. We booked through a discounted rate provided by Northeastern, and the property exceeded our expectations.

The location is great, in a very nice and central part of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Also not very far from the airport so convenient when flying in and out of town. The bed is very soft. The chair provided is an adjustible comfort one which I think it's good for most people but not for us. I prefer a simple chair.
The room is clean and hygienic. It is located in the central city, a few hundred meters away from the subway. It is 2 blocks away from Boston Common and you can also walk to Newbury Street.
I was staying one night while attending a music performance next door. The hotel was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and easy check in and out. I would definitely recommend it.
I booked the hotel for the Boston Marathon.
Great location.
The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner is a bit noisy.
The coffee machine is completely unacceptable, I was able to get it running with a trawl.
Everything is fine in the island.
Convenient transportation, close to Boston Park and Chinatown, within walking distance to Quincy Market, and there are a lot of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient to eat. The hotel service is good, allowing us to check in early, the room bathroom is large, the room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall I am satisfied, and I will choose Home...

Nice, clean place and warm hotel crew, slippers, drinking water in the room and mini bar missing.
Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor! The views of the harbor and skyline were incredible, especially at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
The bed was big and the room was clean. But the service was poor. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush. The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them.
It's OK, the service is good, and they will pick you up at the airport. The location is very good.
The service staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, offering a great look at the airport and planes taking off and landing. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, making it ideal for staying before a flight, as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport.
What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery. Every time I’m in Boston, I make it a point to return to my favorite spot — the Hyatt. It’s simply a must!

Amazing stay in Boston. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are updated and clean, the health club was top of the line, and the location is very convenient to a lot of our favorite places in Boston.
The hotel is absolutely exquisite. Our room had almost the entire back wall made of just glass to overlook the harbor.
Beautiful property right on the wharf, with impeccably appointed rooms. Staff was professional and attentive. Excellent restaurants and overall outstanding stay.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were excellent and cleaned to a very high standard.
We ate in the restaurant for breakfast each day and the staff were amazing as was the food.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
The room is quite large and the environment is very good. There is a harbor outside the window. It is one of the best hotels in Boston.

Service was good, staff was nice.
Although the Wi-Fi did not work on the first day due to a power outage caused by a nearby fire, the rest of the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the room was spacious.
Hotel was run down and had to pay extra for early check in and a cot. Location was great to get to TD Garden.
Overall clean, a little noisy, the hotel is old
This property is well located near public transport, Mass General Hospital, good restaurants and a Whole Foods which we found helpful. Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail are within walking distance. Overall it's good, but the room this hotel gives is not facing the view room, and there is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk for one bottle a day.
The room is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. I took my two children to spend spring break. The location is good and it is convenient to go to museums and universities. Both adults and children are very satisfied and happy.
The hotel is located in the Back Bay area of downtown Boston, with a good and safe location. The subway (Green Line Kenmore Station) is next to the hotel, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the core area of Newbury Street in the commercial district. The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! I really loved this hotel in the city center. It's super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from South Station. Very disappointing.
I did a room and parking bundle for the week I only needed six nights but paying for seven still saved me more money than parking somewhere else near the airport. Great hotel to stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The area around hotel seemed very safe. Another plus for this hotel was that it was very close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle to the airport!
From South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.
The location is great. Up to luxury hotel standard in the US. But not comparable to the other Ritz Carlton especially in Asia.
We celebrated our 44th anniversary with an overnight stay in Boston, and for the third year in a row, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston was our top choice—and once again, it did not disappoint.
