It is a 4-minute drive from Logan Base. You can take the airport shuttle for free. There is no breakfast, but you can wash and dry your clothes. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable.

The hotel is OK, the facilities are old, the air conditioning panel cannot be adjusted, the wind is very strong and the noise is loud, the children caught a cold after one night, the location is not close to the airport, and the subway station is not close. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. The service staff is very friendly and professional. It is one of the few hotels in the United States with such a strong sense of service. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, parks and other places within walking distance.

Four Seasons Boston was the most satisfying hotel in Boston during our trip. It has elegant decoration and a magical room with unlimited meals for children. Except for the high room rate, everything else received 5 stars.

I have stayed here several times. It is indeed a good choice. I prefer the old Four Seasons to the new Four Seasons. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and there is a girl at the front desk who can speak Chinese, which is great.

This is a very reliable hotel. Although rooms are not particularly special in terms of their hard products, they do a great job adding a sophisticated touch. Also, food at Henrietta’s table is very delicious with a lot of local ingredients used.

This is the first time I've encountered a hotel booking through Ctrip that I couldn't check in. The hotel refused to check me in because they couldn't settle the charges with Ctrip. Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor! The views of the harbor and skyline were incredible, especially at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was big and the room was clean. But the service was poor. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush. The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them.

From South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.

Room was not clean that I found a pair of dirty socks on the floor. Bathtub drain was stuck always.  Billing was always a mess that it took a number of back and forth to get it right. But the breakfast was great, and the waiters are very responsive and professional.
