The only thing I would say is not enough storage and hardly any amenities
As a Hilton Honors elite member, I received a $36 daily credit. Breakfast is served at the bar on the first floor, offering a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The second floor features a public lounge area with sofas, a bar, and work desks, which I assume is a compensatory measure for the small room sizes. The stay was decent at the BRG (Best Rate Guarantee) price, but I wouldn't recommend it at full price.
The hotel provides 24-hour front desk service, and the staff are responsive, making check-in and check-out processes smooth. The breakfast is a buffet, including staple foods, beverages, and light meals, with average taste that meets daily dietary needs. Hot water supply in the rooms is stable, and the infrastructure functions normally, though some facilities appear slightly dated. Overall maintenance is acceptable.
This hotel generally meets the standard configurations of an international chain brand. It doesn't have any outstanding highlights or significant service shortcomings, making it suitable for travelers who prioritize convenient transportation and a standardized accommodation experience.
The only downside was the lifts — the queues were long and most of the time only one out of four seemed to be working. It would also be helpful if the £10 daily credit could roll over.
Despite this, I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again. We even spotted a very famous photographer staying there at the same time!
Water was available for refilling but no water bottles provided free of charge, so do remember to bring your own!
Lift broke down whilst we were there and the lift took ages to come. Would be good if repair was more efficient.

Food is good but the service is HORRIBLE. They gave away our reserved table and made us wait for 45 minutes. This was for a 10 pm reservation on Saturday evening. The front desk girl said people were not leaving and thus it was taking time!!!!
The manager came later to apologize and said ‘being busy is the downside of being a popular restaurant.’ What a concept of an Apology.
Indian Accent has amazing food and the service is far far better. I would recommend not going to Junoon. Go elsewhere where they understand the concept of service. There are many great Indian restaurants in Manhattan.
If you even think you like Indian food Junoon is a must see restaurant in Manhattan. Their pre-fix lunch is $30 for a three course meal of phenomenal food.
Everything is fresh from meats to vegetables, even their spices are all freshly milled before service downstairs in a neat room you can see into.
The wait staff was spectacular, providing a service matching their Michallin star status.
Service was great. Our waiter was very friendly and answered a lot of my questions about Italian food.
We ordered some appetizers and separate entrees. One dish we had was thinly sliced beef with arugula and cheese. The combination was quite delicious. There was a faint sauce (or perhaps just salt) on the whole dish and I liked the taste of it very much.
For my entree, I took a gamble on this paparadelle pasta with mushroom and butter sauce. I hate mushrooms and thought these specially foraged trumpet mushrooms would change my view on mushrooms. Sadly, it didn't, but the rest of the dish was very good. The noodles tasted fresh and were oh so thin. The butter sauce was very flavorful and salted perfectly. I just left behind this pile of black mushrooms on my plate, but I ate everything else.
We got dessert and loved it. I got the chocolato to share with a dear friend and it was on point. The chocolate ganache cake was really dense. It paired well with the hazelnut ice cream.
The bread and olive oil were really delicious as well. Once you have high quality olive oil, it's really difficult to go back to the low grade oil. I kept on wanting to eat this bread and oil combination."
