I loved everything about this hotel! As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Kevin and Marcus. They were so helpful and made sure I knew everything the hotel had to offer and made sure my stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Everything from the Doorman greeting upon arrival to the check out process is excellent. It is a perfectly located, excellent hotel!

This is possibly the worst night at a hotel I have had. I’m writing this at the present moment. I am on the 3rd floor and literally have night club speakers blasting music I tried putting in my EarPods and hear the bass over my own music. . I called the front desk and they just said sorry. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable. Great location but if you need sleep stay away.
Never write reviews but had to on this one. I wish I could add an audio clip so future guests can hear what I’m hearing. After speaking with management they told me they will give me a discounted rate on my next visit. To sum this up my wife and I spent 800 dollars for the night to listen to a rave with heavy base until 4 am. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. My advice to management is to at least let the customer know that on lower floors it’s pretty loud. Shows a total disregard for the customer and horrible hospitality

Our stay at SoHo Grand was exceptional! The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Halloween!! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful and genuinely kind! We will be back!

The staff is exceptionally hospitable. The property is uniquely beautiful. The SoHo Diner is remarkable. The surrounding neighborhood is delightful.

The hotel is lovely. A bit dark in lighting but very inviting, especially the lounge. Beware, however, that if you stay over the weekend, the place turns into a rowdy club on Friday and Saturday nights, after about 8pm until 3 in the morning.

A Truly Exceptional Experience – My Favorite NYC Hotel
I’ve stayed at the Soho Grand Hotel multiple times, and every stay has been absolutely exceptional. The hotel is stunning, with a chic, sophisticated design and a cool, effortlessly stylish vibe. The location is ideal—quiet yet close to incredible restaurants, shops, and everything Soho has to offer.
From the moment you arrive, you’re warmly welcomed by the doormen and bellhops, who are beyond accommodating and genuinely go out of their way to ensure you feel seen and taken care of. They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask. The front desk staff is equally amazing—friendly, professional, and efficient.
The concierge service ( namely Anthony), is phenomenal!! On our most recent visit, they managed to secure an extremely hard-to-get dinner reservation last minute. They never disappoint and consistently go above and beyond.
The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous with great lighting and water pressure, and I love the fun baskets in the room filled with anything you might need for convenience and comfort.
The lounge is such a fun spot at night—great atmosphere, great cocktails, and always a good time.
Whether it’s been a romantic anniversary weekend with my husband or a fun birthday getaway with my best friend, every stay has been perfect. The Soho Grand is my go-to in NYC—I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We plan on returning in the spring for another fun filled weekend! I highly, highly recommend it for any occasion.

From contacting Reservations Manager, Alexis who was incredibly kind and helpful and referred me to Lead Concierge Anthony - who arranged car service and shared many tips about NYC - we experienced complete customer service excellence.

I came here for a weekend getaway with my partner. The location itself is central and the hotel is very nice, moody, adults-only vibe, which we love. The staff is friendly enough but don’t expect any special treatment for hotel guests in the lounge or club room, although the Club Room is worth the visit and very nice for jazz.
The room was clean and amenities are nice. We ordered room service and it came promptly and as expected. Food was great! I am giving them three stars because I literally could not sleep due to how noisy the street was all night. Horns were honking literally from 11pm-4am, at least. I know the hotel itself can’t really control this, but I would have expected some more insulation from the street noise or at least complimentary ear plugs. While I couldn’t hear any music or guests in other rooms (I was on the 10th floor) the street noise kept me awake basically all night. For how much this hotel is, I would expect them to have resolved this street notice issue for their guests. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, this is not the place.
