I loved everything about this hotel! As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Kevin and Marcus. They were so helpful and made sure I knew everything the hotel had to offer and made sure my stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the nightly deposit is quite high per
Night and the additional fees were charged later through the deposit rather than shown at booking. We were also billed for minibar items we did not use, and despite reaching out to the hotel and also I’m still waiting for a response and that happend
a week ago !! This was disappointing!!!

This was hands down the loudest hotel room in nyc I’ve ever experienced- and that includes staying in Times Square.

Service was not good overall it was mid.
Entrance of hotel at night is hectic because of the nightclub in the hotel, should have a different door than guest door (ask you for room card everytime before coming in making you feel like you're trying to sneak in the hotel) Very loud at night.
No gym available for guests to use.
No dental care available or any extras for personal use.
They totally refused late check out claiming the hotel was fully booked ...
Rooms were okay nothing special or crazy again very mid.
Only good thing is the location if you want to stay in Soho area.

We booked the stay and called ahead prior to the cancellation period to make sure we could have a rollaway bed or planned to cancel so we could have our daughter stay with us. We were reassured we would have a rollaway bed in our room plus would be offered an upgrade at check in. When we got to our room, there was no roll away bed so we called and were told we were misinformed and our room didn’t accommodate a bed and they were fully booked. All they could do was offer a small beverage credit at the hotel. We tried to make the best of it but it was not ideal. One of us had to sleep on the floor (not what you’d expect for a NYC vacay), the shower didn’t drain so it almost overflowed every time we showered and we had notified them each day but it wasn’t ever fixed. We made reservations for dinner at the jazz lounge then went to check in and hostess told us there was a cover charge per person even though we would only see the jazz for 30 mins. She kept leaving and coming back and then finally came back and said it didn’t apply to dinner. The communication was clearly not happening anywhere. It’s a cool hotel but sadly the customer service isn’t there!

Everything from the Doorman greeting upon arrival to the check out process is excellent. It is a perfectly located, excellent hotel!

This is possibly the worst night at a hotel I have had. I’m writing this at the present moment. I am on the 3rd floor and literally have night club speakers blasting music I tried putting in my EarPods and hear the bass over my own music. . I called the front desk and they just said sorry. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable. Great location but if you need sleep stay away.
Never write reviews but had to on this one. I wish I could add an audio clip so future guests can hear what I’m hearing. After speaking with management they told me they will give me a discounted rate on my next visit. To sum this up my wife and I spent 800 dollars for the night to listen to a rave with heavy base until 4 am. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. My advice to management is to at least let the customer know that on lower floors it’s pretty loud. Shows a total disregard for the customer and horrible hospitality

A fantastic atmosphere and the Watermelon Margerita was delicious! Although, I got eaten up by mosquitos and spent the rest of my time in NYC covered in horrible bug bites. I recommend bringing bug spray.

Got there and was told a 30 minute wait so I entertained myself at the bar. OVER AN HOUR LATER, I ask the hostess what's going on. There has been TWO PAGES of names sat before me. She says "some seatings are for three or four, we're waiting to seat you for two". I challenge that there are many parties of twos that have been sat before me. The problem is no one has control of the tables, bar patrons will sit as soon as a table is open with no respect for those that play by the rules. Terrible management, insincere employees, trashy bathrooms, ...this place sucks. Stay away if you actually want to enjoy dinner.

Fun place on a nice day. The watermelon frozen margarita is very good. Despite how packed the place was, the bartenders were very attentive and made getting a drink easy.

Always a great time at Cipriani, always lively. Great service. Sometimes the crowd can be a bit "stuffy", but sometimes you'll pump into celebrity. Food is consistently great, especially their pasta dishes. And when in Cipriani you must try their signature drink Bellini. Cipriani is pricey, but I think that the experience is worth it.

Horrible service, food was disgusting, the manager was completely useless and rude. I will never come back here and I do not recommend anyone to come to this place. It is a poor excuse of a restaurant and there are many other much better choices to go to in the area.

Ok so.... me and my fiancé go to get dinner on nov 26,2017.... the waiter messes up on my order and comes to me and says I heard what you said this is what you ordered, I advised I’m allergic and I’d never order that knowing I’m allergic , persisted to tell me I was wrong and after telling me they cant fix me something he brings me plain pasta which was requested and charged me for both dishes.... I was disgusted by simple pasta as well it was undercooked and my stomach was in pain for the rest of the night. A table next to me advised the chicken he got was dry ... the host/manager approached his VERY nasty and as the customer was advising about the food he told him to speak up ... his behavior was VERY unprofessional, he stormed away not coming back did Nothing for either of us as a manager .... both of us asked for the check the same time just to leave ...... THEN a party behind us didn’t get service for 30 min and walked up to leave advising that the service was awful to the host /manger ...... I heard the Wall Street location was great ...... this however was a joke ........ I paid for the food I didn’t eat and went on with my night .... should be ashamed
