It was such a beautiful hotel with Black Rock Beach right in front. You can see turtles at Black Rock Beach.. Every evening, there is beautiful music and sunset.

The check-in desk is important in any hotel. The facilities here are good, but the check-in desk and parking lot manager's service is poor compared to the price.

I've been here many times, and it's still wonderful! However, it's a shame that the counter for Japanese people that used to be there is no longer there, but I still think this is the No. 1 hotel on Maui. There are very few photos of the hotel, but they are of the club lounge or the restaurant next to the golf course.

Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.

Excellent! There are three swimming pools with water slides. It's very clean, and the beach is incredibly calm and blue, with stunning sunsets every day. The staff are very attentive. I witnessed a volcanic eruption on the Big Island – an unforgettable experience!

Overall it's average. Except for the beach, which is a highlight, everything else is average. For families, it is recommended to choose Hilton.

I stayed one night because I knew I definitely wanted to stay here when I came to Hawaii. The view from the room, the hotel staff's attitude, and the service were all very satisfying. There were Japanese staff members on hand, so I felt at ease and was able to check in on things. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

The room was beautiful! I was pleased with the ocean view. We were also given welcome fruit! There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so it was easy to walk to anywhere.

Being on the second floor, the music from the lobby echoed until late at night, which was a real shame. The location, however, is great and makes it easy to get anywhere.

My husband and I went on a trip to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had only briefly mentioned our trip plans in our prior communication, and yet, they surprised us with a box of chocolates! Everyone made us feel so celebrated, and it truly created wonderful memories. We will definitely be back again! And the location, needless to say, is absolutely perfect.

Well located hotel close to Wakiki beach. Staff very helpful with lots of options for food and entertainment in the facility and close by. Room comfortable with the partial ocen views advertised and great sunsets. The only downside was being told to come back at 3pm for checkin on arrival!

The location is absolutely perfect, no complaints there! It's also conveniently close to shopping and the beach, so no issues at all. I didn't have any meals at the hotel, so I can't comment on that, but the acai bowl I bought for breakfast at the bar/restaurant near the front desk was incredibly delicious! We stayed in a room on the first floor with a courtyard. The courtyard was open, and in the morning, a leisurely wild boar walked by, which made the children very happy. The pool area was like a small water park, and the large water slide was the children's favorite. Even though it was December and winter, we paid 50 yuan to extend our stay for 2 hours so the children could have a great time.

Wonderful and peaceful resort in the Catalina Foothills. Grounds were nicely maintained. Staff goes above and beyond. From the front desk, bell service, coffee shop, and pool service you will get treated very well. This resort charges $45 per day on top of the room rate. Restaurants were excellent.

We had a really nice stay at the Westin! Overall things were great. Two notes: 1) our tv lost internet connection on our last night. This was a known issue we didn’t find out about until checkout. 2) the resort fee benefits weren’t super useful to us, I wish we could have opted out.
