I have been coming here for 30 years now. My biggest complaint with this hotel is the elevators. Only a couple work. Not sure what the deal is there. It’s not for a lack of money. This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.

Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...

The hotel is located in a very convenient place which connected to Prudential Centre, I.e. shopping mall and MBTA station. Will stay again when visiting Boston again.

The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.

The Lotte is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location- close to shopping , restaraunts, coffee shops and Central Park South and all other Christmas attractions. Total crap! I didn't like the hotel. Queues at the reception. Bad soundproofing. Be careful, the hotel charges an extra $30 upon check-out for free wifi and other nonsense. There was no hot water in my room at this "luxury" hotel, and they charge $30 for additional services.

We stayed here for one night with our 7 month old and we really enjoyed it! We had a great view on the 23rd floor and the employees are really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was crazy expensive but was honestly very good. My only complaint was our room was SO HOT, there was no way for us to turn the heat off so I was sweating lol. We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room with its ocean view, and the excellent service provided by all staff members. The food was of good quality, although we found the prices somewhat high for what was offered. We also appreciated the beach and the availability of chairs. One aspect we liked less was the bed covering, which we found too thick, heavy, and warm.

The modern, big rooms and EXCELLENT staff. Flew in from Europe and immediately relaxed. Great location: close to everything in Miami and the pool/beach right at the hotel. We had the best time here. Unfortunately it was only 1 night but they made it amazing. Mia, Alexis, and Adriana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

No signs on directions to registration or elevators to hotel stay. Registration clerk or service clerk did not give much instructions to help with our first stay. We had to dig it out of her. Just said scan QR code??? We also didn’t know we had to Scann our card key to work elevator. Instructions were labeled in the elevator, other than out of the elevator before we entered. 

I usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. We had a wonderful time for our staycation. The restaurants we went to were Noodle 8 and T-Bones and both were phenomenal in both service and food. We stayed one night and had spa services. Everything was absolutely amazing. Only complaint I have is your parking garage/lot is a bit confusing. We had to go around a couple times before we figured out where to go.

Red Rock for our son’s wedding. Very nice location. Nice big rooms with beautiful views! Good food options.  Only downside, casino needs updated ventilation. Toilet paper, tissues & toiletries cheap!  For $300-$500 per night, I expect nice toilet paper & toiletries.

This is truly a beautiful resort. So glad a friend recommended it. We love to be away from the strip but close enough for shows. This place has everything you might want for a getaway. Many Great restaurants, superb service and reasonably priced.. try to get a room with a pool area view if you can. But the rooms are fabulous anywhere. We will be returning for sure.

Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. Oh, and a 15 screen movie theater and a bowling alley. A great destination for a high-end, mellow Vegas trip. All the employees are nice and helpful.

The lobby was decorated beautifully and the service was great. There was an additional $135 “destination fee” when we arrived. Then the next morning none of us could shower because the water wasn’t working or there wasn’t enough pressure. For the price I definitely expected better but was not a bad stay.

I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!
